            Date of transaction was 3/9/23. Amount paid was $608.00. Nature of my dispute with the company is the fact that work was done without my permission, & the fee only came to my attention when I reviewed my credit card statement & noticed a charge for $608 posted on $3/22/23. At this point, (13) days had passed without any estimate or itemization of the work done. I was only notified by phone previously that there would be an initial charge of $204 to come out & assess the problem; which I accepted.Lake Tahoe Plumbing & Heating to this date, has failed to respond to my five (5) phone calls requesting the ******************* of work done. Their website clearly states "FREE" estimates. This was not honored & I'm requesting a refund of $368, the balance from the $240 fee I did authorize to come out.

            Don't trust a company that doesn't provide an invoice when the service is complete. I had work done January 19, my credit card was charged $964 March 30. My heater stopped working April 5. I put in a call first thing in the morning and was told I would be emergency priority. Three days later, here I am, waiting for the owner to call me and crickets.
