    I requested for my account profile to be closed on Succulent Studios website but that has not been done. I then asked for at a minimum, for my credit card number to be removed from my profile, but that also has not been done. The Succulent Studios platform does't allow self-service features where I can remove my own credit card or close my profile. I have contacted ***** *. multiple times but with no resolve. I even told her that I would be filling a BBB claim, with still no resolve. I want my credit card removed from their database and my account profile closed.

    I made my first order with succulent studios September 15, 2022, and second October 15, 2022..both orders came and I was happy with them.Feb 5, 2024, I ordered once more, was charged $15, and received the items, but they were badly damaged. I looked into contacting them but the only option was a general email and I never hear back so I decided it wasnt worth it. One succulent lived, one never recovered.March 11, 2024 I ordered the featured items from the email for my sister. A couple days later, I decided I wanted them, too, so I made another order but the address somehow had changed to an old one, so the items were ordered to the wrong place. Also, the exact same items were +$1.24. I emailed the next day, and received a reply 4 days later..but I received no reply after that ever, although *** sent many more emails (see attached documents).I found out today from my sister that the plants never came to her house either! I sent another email.Succulent Studios is completely unreachable by phone and I dont live in ** where theyve claimed to be based.I am sure MANY other customers are dealing with similar issues, hopefully I am not the only ripped off customer who has contacted you.I need communication so I can find out what two accounts the agent was talking about and delete both of them.I need a refund of the last three orders; two never came and one, the packing resulted in a mess and a couple very dead plants, one which didnt survive.February 5 2024 $15 March 11 2024 $17.24 March 13 2024 $16 Total: $48.24

    Ordered subscription box. Money removed from my account on 9/12/2023 with a 2 week shipping window. Business never shipped product or answered my email when I asked where shipment was. I want the shippment or refund of my money. Im canceling the subscription I signed up for in September.
