    01/03/24 I took my car Kia ******** 2019 for repairs after having an accident. I heard really good things about this body shop and from Yelp too. on 01/31/24 I was called to pick up my car because all the repairs were done. My husband and my self when to pick it up. The car was missing and AWD emblem on the driver door which I was told it was on back order.02/03/24 the next morning I drove my car to work for some reason as soon as I got on the freeway I told my husband I dont feel safe driving the care. He drove the car home and notice the alignment was not right on it. We called the auto body and spoke to the owner ****. My husband asked if he had the chance to test drive the car. **** stated he drove it on the street not on the freeway. My husband (***** ) explained to **** that when you drive my *** at 45 mph or more it bears off to the sides you have to hold on to the stearing wheel hard. **** schedule us appointment 2/10/24 with an alignment place on a Saturday morning. Once there we were told the car need some parts replaced. the following week we took the car to body shop for repairs on 02/15 /24 pick up my car. 2/19 I had reached out to get an update on any other repairs due to my care still having the same problem ever since all I get are text stating later in the week. I have the parts. I asked for a rental and as of today 03/25/24 still have no repairs schedule or calls from ****. *************** paid for all repairs a total amount of $8130.60. I've seen the owner of the auto body shop a few times since he is opening a new shop it happens to be on the route I take home every day. I've seen him working on other vehicles. I will like for for the repairs on my car to be done the proper way and I can feel safe again when driving my vehicle.

    good afternoon we are aware of the issue she was having. we called the insurance and they want us to take it to the dealer for further inspection  if was caused by the accident or not we are aware of whats going on we are willing to pay out of our pocket to take it to the dealer to have a responds from the dealer  also we have bought some parts out of our own expense to repair the vehicle that are still here at our facility that was not included in estimate we just couldnt come to an agreement what day works best for everyone  so we can do everything in a timely matter.and questions feel free to give us a call or send us an email

    my car is a *** ******* 2019 when I bought it Dealership gave me 15 Day To Returned if anything was wrong with the  *** so yea no  is pretty much new shouldnt have no wear and tear car was running great after the accident the impact was more on the front driver side wheel so ever since I got the car it was never fixed go ahead if you can open a claim again with the insurance it comes down to you and the insurance to fix my car you can send it where ever you guys decide I will need a rental when ever you decide to call me so I can take it to the shop this is the only car that I own I hope to receive a call from you soon I'm driving the *** like how it is with very bad alignment

    I am rejecting this response because:

    it's been 4 months ago thatsince everything started.almost 2 months ago we agreed that you were going to pick my *** get me a rental and you take it to the dealer your only given me the run around  I just want you to fix my car I've been driving it like that all I want is for you to call me and pick it up any day and fix it your welcome to take it anywhere and return it fixed this Time its the 3rd time that your going to try and fix it call me when you have made rental arrangements and just pick it up.  another thing  I can take it some where else and just pass you the bill I'm trying very hard not to take legal matter let me know Asap  Call me when your ready to pick it up
