      Horrible company. Go kart will not run and they will not reply to tech support. Had quality control issues also putting go kart together. Return policy is a huge hassle, so basically stuck with a $1,600 piece of junk now. Would not recommend this company what so ever.

      I bought a new motorcycle, clutch wouldnt engage they sent me a new clutch with no instructions. I had to buy special tools. Still cant get the cover off for the new clutch they sent me. Their advice to me was get family and friends to help me. why am I working on a brand new motorcycle? THIEFS !!!!!!

      So I received your bike in a box that doesnt look like its a brand new bike. Im going to send you some pictures and you tell me that this is how yall send yalls product out Im not looking to return the bike because its just too much hassle but I want something done or the parts replaced because the muffler is dented in to me it looks like somebody returned this to you guys and yall just shipped it back out to somebody else the way it is and I could clearly see that due to these Zip ties not being fixed right some of my cut some of them wasnt zipped the exhaust has a big dent where something metal has hit it and there is not a hole in the box where the exhaust is so I know this bike was returned. I want to speak to a manager or the owner. I want something done about this because I paid $300 for shipping and $500 for the bike I expect to get something brand new not used and returned. . I tried calling you guys they didnt answer my phone I called back to back multiple times then I turned around and called from a different phone and they answered right away . I want something done about this or I will make a ******* video and show everything and do a ****** review and post all the pictures. This is ridiculous. Ive watched multiple of yawls videos and the box that I got is not even close to what a new bike and a box looks like and I feel like Im getting the runaround if Im not getting the runaround, then please explain. Pictures are attached Also, the box was taped up, not stapled as it should be. You can see in the pictures that some of the parts didnt have plastic on it just a total mess I KNOW THIS WAS A BIKE SENT BACK DUE TO BEING MESSED UP IN SHIPPING SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING TO THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT HELP OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY THING DO NOT BUY FROM THESES PEOPLE

      I just recently purchased a bike an x-pro Maui from this company and reached out to the manufacturers within the 30 to *************************************************************************** the process of disputing the loan agreement . Also I sent them several videos and pictures of the bike. Theres a dent that was the bike upon delivery. Im also having issues with the kick start and electric start. I reached out to schedule a return the person I spoke to said they would reach out to the return department but havent heard back. I would not recommend there service

      My mother purchased a 125cc gokart from this company last fall for my 11yr old daughter. Not even 2wks after we received it we had to replace wheel bearings,then the mirrors snapped off while she was riding in the yard!! Just recently we needed to replace front rim and it's been a nightmare getting a replacement from them, it's taken over a month for them to contact me back with the order information for me to buy it , I paid for it a week ago and still have no tracking information, I called to ask about my order and the customer service rep was extremely rude, told me it would take another week, I asked to speak to supervisor and was hung up on. This company is very unprofessional, unorganized and products are obviously nothing but ****,I wouldn't recommend or buy anything from them!!!

      Bought a dirt bike for my son. First dirt bike for us so bought it and paid extra for assembly. Arrived, we unwrapped the packaging, followed all instructions and the bike does not work.I have gone back and forth with customer services since the day after Christmas with no remedy to the problem. They have emailed me You Tube vidoes to troubleshoot - and when it still wasn't working, they asked me to see if a neighbor or local machanic could help me. I paid for assemble and this bike does not work. It won't even start! Waste of $1,000. They give you 50 days to return but drag you through all these "try this" emails and videos - the 50 days go buy and nothing I can do now. Beyond frustrating.
