On March 21, 2025, I purchased an *** device from ***************************** (order #******) via invoice #D1227 for an amount of $1,099.00.I received the package on March 25, 2025. That very afternoon, I opened the package. Before opening, I noticed peeling at the top of the box where shipping labels would normally be placed. Also, the box had been resealed, the new tape being clear while original taping is clear/purple striped. On opening the box, I continued to see signs of use, I had clearly been sent a used device when I purchased a new device. The carry bag for the *** was already open, I lifted the top and found the charger, bag strap, tablet case, chest suction ***** and limp clips in there. The charger I found was in a clear plastic bag that appeared dirty and torn. Almost disgusting to touch when you expect a new item. The bag strap was already fraying and the worst of it all, I found specks of tiny hair inside the chest suction ***** box and in other places. Now, the box containing the *** was also torn in the corner and the *** tablet, although still had the protective screen peel on it, was very scratched up like it was a display unit. Also, there were small, not very obvious scratches in about two corners of the device itself. Clearly this was a used/returned or demo device. I contacted the company to inform them and gave descriptions that very same evening of the day it was delivered. They asked for pictures which I sent to them on March 27, 2025 morning and did not hear back from them. Followed up on March 28 and 31, 2025, still no response. Found a different email on their website and sent a new email April 1, 2025. They claimed they were first hearing about the issue now, asked for proof and promised exchange. After sending proof, they claimed they sent brand new item and ignored me until I threatened to report them to consumer protection. They then offered to send replacement but I only want a refund now as I can no longer trust them. They will not comply.Initial Complaint

I purchased the oxygen monitor ring March 8th 2024 it was delivered on March 18th 2024. It had a one-year warranty it failed they replaced it in September of the same year but it failed again in February 2025 still had one month left on the warranty and they decided to cancel the warranty and not replace it again. I ordered a CheckMe oxygen monitor from them that wont charge. I used the charging cable that was included. They have no customer service phone number. I emailed their support several days ago and have not heard anything back. Yet they are sending me emails to review their products! Non-existent customer service. I would like to return their products and be refunded. I cannot depend on CheckMe oxygen monitor working and I cannot depend on Wellue for technical support on the *** monitor I purchased because they do not reply!Initial Complaint

I purchased this item with a 1 year warranty and have not heard back from the company regarding the failure of their product. The product does not work. Only worked 1 day and quit working. Ive contacted them 3 times at customer service and no results. Today the sent me to Repair Just Answer, and they stole $46.00 after saying they would only charge $1.00 to help with Wellue. I purchased a Biocare iE300 ECG machine from Wellue (order #*****) on 11/2/23 for $620. After I received the product, I immediately decided to return it as it was not something I realized I needed at this time. Per their return policy, I was able to return for a full refund. I told them I wanted a refund and they sent me an address to ship the product to. I sent the product out for return on 11/13/23 and provided them with a tracking number as they required. My package was delivered on 11/20/23 as confirmed by ***** They then reported that they issued a refund on 11/24 at 6:28 pm. I emailed them back that I did not receive the refund to my credit card. They stated multiple times that they issued a refund and then told me to ask my bank. It is 12/5/23 and I still have not received a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased two products on 10/22/2023, order #*****. I reached out to customer service to return one product as it is not accessible for my disabilities and I cannot use it. They have run me around and every response to my emails is filled with typos and asking the same questions I've already answered. Ordered a product and submitted a return request within 3 days because it did not work for me. I emailed support on September 25th to return their trashy product and I am still waiting for their shipping instructions. They intentionally delay their responses and use excuses such as holidays. Purchased their portable 12 lead ECG monitor. Device only powers on, no waveform is present on any lead, under any condition. After working with their customer support for a week, the device is inoperative. Company advertised a 30 day, for any reason, return policy. Now that I wish to return the product, they will not provide a RMA number or a return shipping address. I purchased a Wellue Strap-Free Heart Rate Monitor on 2/27/23 for ***** (order *****). It will not hold a charge and cannot be activated. I reached out to them, and they just recited the manual back to me which I have already read. I then requested to return the item. They ignored that request and gave me the same information stated in the manual. Again, I told them I had received a lemon and wanted to return the product. They continue to stonewall me.
