I have purchased from HDAccessory several times and always been satisfied till now. I ordered on Dec. 5, 2021 several items. None of which fit. I asked for a return authorization which they gave me. I sent the items back 6 days after I received the authorization. When I contacted them on Feb 1, 2022 asking for the status of my refund I was told "Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, the return postage date has exceeded 30 days from the Order Date and beyond the 72 hour grace period." Their website claims Here at HDAccessory.com we offer Thirty-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please use our online Return & Exchange Authorization Form for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless DOA. WHICH I DID AND WHICH WAS APPROVED!

If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the HDAccessory.com warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. WHICH IT WAS!!
They will not issue me a refund and they will not return my merchandise unless I pay another *** shipping, essentially paying for the order twice!

I will NEVER use this company again. I see many unsatisfied customer reviews and I am now one of them
