            We hired this caterer to cater our wedding. 2 weeks before the wedding she increased prices 40%. When we asked to sit down and talk about it, she became offended and quit. We had no written contract, and luckily we did not pay her any substantial deposit. We did pay one of her employees for some work done in regards to invitations. We paid cash as we went. After she quit, she and her staff came to us and sought additional payment. There seemed to be absolutely no consideration to the pain and upset she caused us, nor did she consider the extra cost to replace her and her staff 2 weeks before our event. They seemed to make things up that they could charge us for. A termination fee, a late fee, and other things that had no validity, because there was no written contract. Needless to say we do not recommend her or her colleagues.
