      I would highly recommend Kubiak Enterprise, LLC if you are in a situation where you would like to get out of a timeshare. They were easy to work with and talk to. Punctual with their answers and service. When you are in a situation where you kind of mistrust your decision making by getting into a timeshare fiasco, it really helps to have people in your corner that first and foremost make you feel better about yourself and decision making about choosing to purchase a timeshare. They made this whole complicated and intimidating process easy and simple. Therefore, I highly recommend Kubiak Enterprise, LLC!

      I had been struggling for years trying to cancel my timeshare. I initially tried working with the REMOVEDcompany, and they told me to submit a form and wait for someone to buy it. Unfortunately, no one did, and I was stuck paying extremely high maintenance fees.When my income situation changed, I could no longer afford those fees.       They did what they said they would do. It took a little longer as there were some mergers but they kept us informed and we are free of our timeshares that were beginning to cause a financial burden.

      Kubiak delivers - ! I was at my wits end, trying to get rid of my timeshare with a major hotel chain. Then, I attended an information session at a local hotel where the Kubiak representative said, Weve never had a disappointed client. That meant something! Over a period of five years, I had spent several thousand dollars, worked with two law firms and later, I learned that one of them was using a blacklisted lawyer! If your story is similar to mine and youre trying to unload a timeshare, you need to work with Kubiak! They produce and achieve the goal. I totally recommend them.

      Kubiak Enterprises is a very professional business that gets your timeshare obligation released. I attended a meeting with REMOVEDKubiak in October. My husband was unable to attend due to work. REMOVEDcalled us on the following Tuesday. After my husband listened to him we signed the contract to begin the process. It is now six months later and we just got notification of our obligation being released. Thanks to the effective and timely handling of our case it is done. Thanks to REMOVEDKubiak and his team. Definitely a 5 star ?? + experience. Great job!
