I purchased a floppy fish cat toy for $19.90 on 4/03/23. I have been charged $58.04 for the past 3 months for absolutely no reason or nothing I agreed to. I am trying to get a refund for those 3 months.Business Response

We show on April 01, 2023, ******************** ordered the Flying Fishie Pet Toy, on that same day an offer for our monthly membership program was offered. ******************** would have had to check that off if she wanted the recurring monthly charge to be able to have access to our discount stores to purchase a ton of items at a seriously discounted cost. We do not show any contact with our company.
I have cancelled the account, the confirmation is C- ******* I have also processed a refund on the charges as a courtesy.

Hello. Yes. Cryptic Digital Solution took $39.95 out of my Debit card between June 1 - June 10 2023.I did not authorize this and had no idea who they were until I called my Debit card Company.I looked the company up and there were many complaints about CDS taking money out of their accounts. There is a ***** charge to my account on June 5 2023. I have nit ordered anything or signed up for recurring discounts. I did order a discounted phone charger that I still ended up paying full price for and the charger doesn't even charge my phone. On Mar. 19 I ordered a flying fish for my cat. I paid ***** my cat won't even go near it, my bad.I just got my new bank statement in and was charged *****. I called the company and unbeknown to me, they said it was for a membership I never signed up for/. They refused to refund the *****. After going back and forth with them, they will only refund %25 of the bill. This company has only been in business for 9 months and, I found out, lots of negative reviews. In other words they are scamming people. I recently found the same item in a farm store for *****, I wish I'd have seen it earlier.Business Response
