    I have attached an image of the campaign. As well as images of the invoices that are past due unpaid. The 1st invoice was to be paid at the beginning of April and it is now the end of May. We are nearing 2 months from the 1st invoice was initial created. The campaign has sense ended and I still have not received due compensation.

    I was a contractor for Wrapify. They put a wrap on my vehicle, and the process was great. I enjoyed my experience. When my contract was up, and my wrap needed to be removed, they removed the wrap and caused accidental damage to my vehicle. I was told it could take multiple months for an update and they would reach out. Time went by and Ive received no updates and no indication that I would be compensated for the damage caused to my car. They refuse to return my calls and e-mails. They will not give me any sort of update and there is no process in place to even contact the claims support. They do not respond to email - which is the only communication avenue Ive been provided for the claims department. Its been over 3 months and no closer to a resolution than when I started.

    I got my car unwrapped today 5/6/2024 by Trinity **** Graphics - ******. The person who Unwrapped my car didnt use the correct tools to not cause damage to my car. Paint has come off my bumper, clear coat has come off my driver door, side panels and my hood. I am wanting this fixed in a timely manner. My car wasnt damaged before the wrap and was on on my car since November 9, 2023 not long at all. This is unfair to me. The uninstaller complained the whole time while just ripping the wrap off my car stating you all only pay them $75 to take the wrap off and that you all use cheap 3m wrap. Again Im asking my car be fixed in a timely manner. I have attached pics of my car the day of install and today after install.

    My last campaign during the wrap install my car was damaged with blade cuts through the paint all around the wrap. This was all documented on the day of install 6/23/23 and reported to Wrapify and they assured me my car will be fixed once the campaign is over I can submit a claim. Damage claim was submitted on 8/17/23. 9/6/23 they asked for additional photos of damage which I sent back that day. 9/7-9/15 they kept requesting additional photos which were sent each day of request. 9/21 they received the quote from macco that they sent me too. And 9/21/23 till now 12/07/23 Ive sent multiple emails a week asking for an update. 10/16,11/01,11/27 and 11/29 Ive received the same update I'm reaching out to you to give you an update about the status of your claim. We are still in the process of getting a clarification for the estimate from the Maaco shop where we referred you to.Our team will keep you posted once we have everything finalized with the shop here we are 12/7/23 and no update. Almost 5 months since my claim was filed and my car is still not fixed or even scheduled to be fixed. Terrible customer service.

    Had a contract with wrapify to wrap up my car with an advertising campaign since June 19th and they asked me to update my bank info so I did that was about 3 weeks ago and yet they did not deposit my payments which is over $200
