    I took My Dodge Durango for repairs had to wait two months before repairs were completed due to delivery of Transmission being delayed . Well now repairs are completed and my warranty Co paid over 13k but I was not responsible for any out of pocket charges I had a 0 copay. I was never informed that a 3% credit card charge was going to be assessed. Moss attempted to get that paid by **************** but since they told them they dont cover credit card fees now they want me to pay if not they will not give me my car. I never agreed to any out of pock fees and they/ Moss never informed me of such fees when taking them my vehicle. This is not the first time I have issues with them I am so agree and dont know what to do.

    Evelyn, thank you for your patience waiting for your Durango to be repaired, the delay was due to a hold-up in the transmission's delivery, which is beyond our control.  Also, it’s standard a practice to inform customers there is a 3% fee applied to credit card transactions, this is disclosed on the original repair order. Unfortunately your Service Contract providers will not cover this fee.  This standard charge is to be covered by the customer when a credit card is issued as payment. As an option we also accept payments via checks or ACH where the 3% fee is not required. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thank you

    This is in reference to a 2019 Dodge Durango purchased in 2021 from this location. It's been by far the worst vehicle I've had ever. It dies on me while running or fails to start at random times without previous warning. This vehicle is not reliable or trustworthy. In the last 2 years I have replaced the batteries 3 times because whatever electrical issue causes the batteries to drain. It has been taken to Dodge dealerships near our location 4 times but neither one has been able to find and fix the issue. I will never buy a Dodge car in my life, this has caused me not only money but a lot of unneeded stress and anxiety.

    I have purchased a 2024 jeep wrangler Willys from them and I was supposed to get a spare keys since I was provided only one key I went once to pick up my spare key it was not available I was promised to get a phone call back from him. No one did even bother to get back to me. I called after a week or so a representative by name to ****. He promised to call and provide some information. It has been three days now and no one has already called.

    Worst customer service collision body repair they damage my 2021 Dodge Charger RT right side skirt when after painting it. They never let you Know when your car ready to pick an expect you already at the location to pick it up.Check the reviews before purchasing at Chrysler of San Bernardino

    The service dept is rude and horrendous! The sales dept is great but forget it if you have to deal with service. I had a 2018 dodge challenger that was diagnosed by a reputable auto service co. Because it was under warranty with only 52000 miles I took it to repair at San Bernardino Moss brothers. I was told that I had to leave it and they wouldn’t get to it for at least 3-4 days, even though I was confident in the diagnostic they had to do their own which was fine but then he told me it might not be covered. I was shocked, asked why , he said the dent ( had been there for 3 years) might have something to do with it. What??!! A rental car wasn’t covered so without a choice I went to wait on the van with my granddaughter trying to figure out how I would go to work and take her to school. A salesman conveniently appeared and I ended up getting another dodge without really wanting to but not knowing how long I’d be without a car and that I might have a gigantic repair bill on the other one my warranty covering it. The new car payment was astronomical and gas mileage was 12.5 mpg, after 1 1/2 months I went in to see if I could trade it. They had a car I could trade it for and I thought my payments were lower but I received my pmt amount from the finance company and it wasn’t . I still had a little down to pay but that also was also higher. I tried to contact someone in finance but never received a call back. Instead I got a collection letter for a higher down pmt amount. This is my 3rd car purchase and I’m stressed and frustrated. I used to think they were a great dealership but their service dept is scandalous. I had no idea they would tell me my warranty might not cover the repair, I’m a woman who knows nothing about car repair, I made a decision based on a scamming repair representative, and now I have a higher car pmt with a collection letter. Don’t go to Moss Bros!!!

    I came in last month to purchase a car from them and was approved for the vehicle we decided on.They decided to wait a about 3 weeks before telling me I was driving around in car I wasn’t approved for.I’ve never heard of anyone being able to drive off from a dealership and hasn’t been approved by a bank yet to take the vehicle.I was first told I needed to come in and redo the paperwork for the vehicle I was told I was approved for but that wasn’t the case.The only reason they wanted me to come in was because I apparently wasn’t approved for the car that they let me drive off in.I was told I would have to pick another car and take back the car I traded in until they could find me another vehicle that I could be approved for.Before I left I was told by in the morning they would have a answer for me No one called me the next morning I had to call them.When I called no one knows anything of what I’m talking about then all of the sudden theyre working on it and need me to send my paycheck stubs in again and I would also need a co-signer.I was able to do that and was told they were working on getting a Honda Civic. The next morning I was told I was approved for the Honda, I was sent pictures of the car also.I was then informed that all I needed to do was come by the dealership and sign paperwork and I’d be good to go.I drive to the dealership when I get off of work just to find out the car was sold and no one knows what I’m talking about.Now I have to wait most likely until Monday to get my money back and who knows how long for my title because they sent it off to be processed.I don’t even know why my title was sent off if I wasn’t even approved for a car yet.They definitely were not trying to help me get into another car and it would have been nice of them to be honest about everything instead of giving me the runaround.They made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them and didn’t want to deal with me at all.This the worst experience Ive ever had with a car dealership.

    They are a scam. I took my vehicle for repairs that warranty covers. I was never updated on the status. They over charged me for repairs that were covered under my warranty , they had me use the Sunbit credit to get them paid and I stuck with the bill. I never got response back from advisors or management . And now I’m seeking to file legal lawsuit for the wrongdoings
