      I have ordered some parts from ansgear which is there website on the 30th December 2022 2 months on and I havnt received my items and I’m not getting any help from there team apart from there blaming it on uk customs where I have orderd outside of the uk since then and still arrived on time, I just want help on locating my packages, I would like an answer from them on how long left I am supposed to wait failing that a full refund on my purchases for not having the items I have orderd, any help is most greatfull thank you verry much

      We had not received an update from the courier since the last e-mail we sent. ( 01/31/2023)

      A Trace had been made with USPS on our side with no update. Since the package is now lost, we made a claim for you.

      Thank you for replying to our e-mail, as soon as the claim is settled we will update you.

      I ordered 2 ,2pk 88g c02 and after reading the other complaints sounds like this is something ANS likes to do then play stupid. Perfect I've got pictures ,emails , recipts let see how stupid yall wanna get before i start dropping facts and truth. ANS knows this situation as well, their response was complete ass , so im here now to expose them for something there clesrly habitual offenders at. I ordered before Christmas 12/22 2 , 2 88g c02 packs from ANS, it clearly stated on my recipt and on pick slip and on packing slip (FIRST STRIKE 88G C02) I bet you can guess what I'm gonna say next, what I ordered wasn't in the box , so I took pics immediately saved them contacted ANS after looking at pick slip to see well.maybe a mix up but no it wasn't this was done blatantly with no regard to consumer rights. I opened the box to 2 88g jt c02 which is cheaper and of less quality. I contacted Ans asking what happened there response what would you like us to do. Lol I'd like my correct order that's what I'd like there response we will refund you the difference in price oh wow 3$ no it's not what I ordered and by law national/federal law I don't have to send nothing back but you rightfully do have to send me what I ordered ANS ive already given you guys the chance and opportunity to make this right now im just gonna let all less lethal communities im in see the clear blue line your trash just like your customer service good luck usually when business have the same problem over and over its usually a variable in that company that needs to go and be replaced I'd highly reccomend you do that because social media is my next stop my following is quite big on YouTube and IG as well as many others ill just do a video I won't even explain ill just show ppl the quality of you guys and lay out facts im done with your trash company. You wanna do business like this go set up shop in China not America And no 12/22 isn't the date it's the month and year

      I ordered paintball items costing $373 for my son for Christmas on 11/26/21...the package was to be signed for when FedEx delivered it, however, I got notification saying the package was delivered Sunday, December 5, at 2:24p...I was home that day until 3:30 when I went to visit my mother, my husband was home all day, he said noone came to the door, he never signed for a package, nor did he receive a package. I call Fedex and request proof of delivery since I cant find the package. The send over proof, but there is no signature, so I put in a claim with FedEx to find my package, in the meantime I also call Ansgear and explain to them the whole situation, they say they cant do anything since I put already contacted FedEx first. So I try to dispute the charge with my credit card, Ansgear fights it, why they fight it beyond me, when I sent them proof the package was NOT signed for, not delivered here, even sent them information FedEx sent me via text to file a lost package. This is a Christmas gift that I now cant give to my son, let alone money I am out. $373 is not pennies now a days, it is a nice chunk of change.

      The customer claims her package was never delivered so a trace request was triggered with FedEx 12-6-2-21. The customer claimed if she does not get a response by Friday she will be filing a dispute with her card holder.

      The customer opened a Paypal Chargeback claiming the items were not received. FedEx is still completing the trace so we are unable to provide further assistance until their investigation is completed.

      FedEx has not been given the adequate amount of time to see what happened to the package and make a proper investigation to see what happened to the order provide assistance.

      Since there has been a dispute made we can no longer provide assistance and will handle the matter directly with PayPal.

      I purchased a kit from company on June 29, 2021, after purchasing was informed that product was on back order. So I emailed them to find out a approximately date of restock. Took a week and some to reply to me. So asked if I could change my Oder to one that was in stock, in their email back said if I want to change my order let them know. Been 12 days no response from company.

      When the item was purchased there was a pre-order checkbox that was selected agreeing to the terms. Those Pre-order terms can be seen here: https://www.ansgear.com/Articles.asp?ID=131. We also e-mailed the following day with an update for the backorder of Summer 2021 (Email Date: Fri, 2 Jul 2021 at 9:46 AM). We received and responded to two emails after this update. 

      Email 1: Received on Fri, 9 Jul 2021 at 10:38 PM was responded to The next Available Business day (Response Time: Mon, 12 Jul 2021 at 11:19 AM). 

      Email 2: Received  on Fri, 16 Jul 2021 at 9:59 PM was sent again on Tue, 20 Jul 2021 at 4:42 AM, then responded to that same day (Response Time: Tue, 20 Jul 2021 at 8:19 AM) . 


      As requested, the item was cancelled and refunded due to lack of availability and inconsistent wait time.
