    The lack of professionalism is disgraceful. If I handled business in the same manner as ABM I would be fired. For over 2 weeks I have been trying to get a response from the property management agency regarding a charge on my February statement. They said I owed a "prior balance" but will not respond to my 7 emails asking what that "prior balance" is. I have paid every statement in full. The last time I called the office for a different matter, the employee I spoke to was so demeaning and rude that I vowed to have everything in writing from then on.

    Sent an electronic payment of $265 three months ago through Chase Bank and they will not acknowledge receiving the payment. They did credit my account for two other electronic payments. Had Chase run an investigation of the missing payment and Chase came back and said that all payments were received by their bank. All three payment were sent to the same Payee, Payee Address with my personal information to be credited to. Provided proof of payment from Chase and they will not accept this proof, they want a cancelled check. Electronic payments do not have cancelled checks, they are bank to bank payment transfers. Email them numerous time with proof, sent them all the paperwork through UPS. They refuse to even look for this payment to see if they mis applied it to an incorrect account. Their accounting records for payments is a mess and should be investigate. They have stolen my money.
