    We ordered a dunk tank for my son's birthday party to be delivered on 5/30/25. As we started to fill up the dunk tank, we noticed five separate leaks in it. We notified the tech B**** immediately around 1pm since the party was at 3pm. We sent B**** two videos which showed the leaks. B**** said that he reported the situation to his manager, but said there were no drivers in the area to fix it, and advised us to put duct tape on the leaks. Over the course of the party, we went in and out of the tank and taped inside and outside to the best of our ability to temporarily repair the leaks. The kids had to stop using it several times while we maintained it. The leakage absolutely impacted the unit’s ability to operate and perform its function. If we didn’t constantly get in and out of the tank throughout the party, water would have significantly leaked out. We are paying for that water and for a product that should have arrived without holes. To be charged full price for a faulty tank that we had to constantly fill as the water leaked out in multiple places is unfair. B**** told us to write an email regarding the dunk tank's condition to *************@yahoo.com which we did. Please see the attached contract and responses from the company. They have denied our refund/partial refund request and have stopped responding to us. We paid $323.40 with a personal check and tipped cash for pick up. We do expect some form of refund for its condition.
