    "I’ve been buying from entertainment earth for years and I made a purchase recently and accidentally used my five-year-old previous address for my billing and shipping which was my fault for not paying more attention, but they shouldn’t have been able to bill it because it’s the wrong billing address and then they shipped it to that address so I emailed them to see if there’s anything I could do and basically got told “oh well you put in the wrong address You need to contact the people Live there” no help and no care for loyal customers, long-term customers and now ex customers! I will just re-purchase from Amazon, which I should’ve done in the first place as that’s a trustworthy company that takes care of their customers!" ... Read full review
