I have had a long history with this company. As a collector of action figures and toys you tend to want to complete collections. I placed several orders (listed below) Some since August 2023, most on days the preorders went up, most orders have a free shipping promo over a certain amount. Recently Entertainment Earth (EE) has been canceling single items out of my preorders. I called and was told that single item order were not fulfilled because of vendor cancellation. However, if you had ordered the case of collection, you got your item. This is unacceptable because I had to go and pay a much higher price, since items were sold out at most locations. Several weeks ago, on my initial call after a recent cancellation, there really was not an understanding from customer service of the issue, and I said I would just cancel all my pre-orders, I was told that is my decision if I want to do that. Late last week they cancelled another of my pre-orders, one that I had specifically called and inquired about receiving, I was told it would be processed and I would be receiving it. That was the last straw and I cancelled all my remaining order, totally a few hundred dollars. Then on April 7, 2024, I went to pay my credit card and noticed five charges from Entertainment Earth, ranging from $9.99 to $16.78. I called EE and was told that it was shipping for items partially shipped out of my preorders, and in cancelling I nullified my free shipping promo. My credit card can't dispute these charges because some items were shipped. This is poor business, after I spent a lot of money at EE.
