    You ripped me off. I paid for a toddler session for me and my 2 year old on Friday, June 20. You changed it to Sunday June 22. I was not available to attend on Sunday. I asked for a refund and you did not even respond. Your policy states that you would notify people and offer a refund for postponements. I never got a notification or the option to get a refund

    Big bounce America moved my time slot from the one that I purchased to another one when I'm not available, I reached out to them several times and they keep ignoring me. They responded twice since then in a 3 week period and after I told them I wasn't available to attend the date and the time they moved me to, their response was "well we can transfer your tickets to someone else" I want my money back!

    I have emailed them exacrly 4 times about this situation with no response. My baby had health issues so I couldn't go to my scheduled session. I emailed them about two days prior to session. No response. Session went by and no response. I just want another session not a refund thanks. I have screenshots of all sent emails

    I originally purchased 4 VIP event tickets to the Sunday August 3, 2025 Junior session at *********, ** in December 2024 for the amount of $137.34 on reservation number ********* as a Black Friday promotion. On May 23, 2025 I was advised that the session was moved to Saturday, August 2, 2025 that I could not attend. I replied to that email asking to be moved to a toddler session on the Sunday August 3 date. I received a response that they will respond in 5-7 business days. Within 3 days I received a response and was rebooked into the Sunday August 3, 2025 toddler session on new reservation number *********.On June 4, 2025 I received another email saying that the event was being rescheduled. This time it's for an entirely different weekend that my family can not attend. I replied back to this email like last time asking if it was possible to be rescheduled into the ********, ** event later this month. I received the same auto-reply 5-7 business day wait. I emailed again a few days later, still no response.On June 10, 2025 at 11:05 pm they responded, did not address the transfer of tickets to the Syracuse NY event and told me that if I wanted a refund I had to do it by June 10, 2025... which left me 55 minutes to do that... but I was asleep.After finally reading this email, I immediately went to their link to ask for a refund. I also emailed via webform and reply to emails. I've heard nothing. I would love this to just be rescheduled over to ********, ** - VIP/Junior Session on June 29, 2025 at 12:00pm, like I asked and no one ever responded to me.If it can not, I want my money back. I don't see how they can keep changing these dates, not respond to questions and then set an arbitrary date for a refund and then steal my money.

    I ordered 2 tickets for the junior session that totaled $80 for May 17th 2025... the event was canceled due to it being too windy, they rescheduled me for the next day but I had to work so I notified them I need a refund. The link they send for a refund required you to list your city and of course mine didn't show up until all the events for that weekend were over. In there email it says you have to apply for a refund before the time they rescheduled for. This is disappointing and my kids were excited for nothing I'll never attend another event for this business

    I purchased 3 tickets on 5/7/25 for the Rochester NY event 8/1/25 I received an email on 5/22/25 that it was changed to 8/3/25 and received a confirmation email. I now see on their website they are advertising the event is 7/11-7/13 and there are 0 August dates. I received NO communication about this. They bait you into buying tickets early advertising they will sell out fast then change the date to a completely different month with out telling anyone. They are deleting my posts on ******** complaining and are not responding to emails asking what the actual date is and if it is 7/11-7/13 I want a refund because I will be out of the country. Clearly bait and switch. They want you to book a date in advance and try to switch the date without telling you so you wont realize you missed it and will be ineligible for a refund. Serious fraud activity. My tickets still say 8/3/25.

    I ordered our tickets online because they dont want to overcrowd. And this happened when there event came to ***************. So I ordered tickets and event time was Sunday may 4 from 12pm to 3pm. They sent a time change by email included is a copy. Well than our session time changed from that time to may 4 4p to 7p.. ok thats fine we show up like lots of others for our session.. to be told were closed and email them so I have been and for this crazy roller coaster time change and now we are not refunding you.. it was wrong on there behalf and now they dont want to own up to it.. I know what our time changed to.. they should owe us back the 158. Something.. this seems like a scam and this business should have to keep there end of the bargain if they are paid and they was.. and they overcharged me as well.. 3 or more was 30. Apiece..my total was 158. Something for three of us.. this company is taking advantage of people.. thats not an honest business..I just want my refund since it was nothing but a up down up down roller coaster mess..

    I purchased tickets for Milwaukee Sept ****** The time was early morning but they changed my times twice until it was 3:30 pm I picked the early event due to I work 3rd shift So we werent able to attend! I didnt change time they did Ive tried to get a refund no response whats so ever! I want a refund!

    Nothing mentioned about paying for parking when purchasing tickets, in fact the flyer even states that parking is available directly across from the event. Forced to pay to park your vehicle in a PUBLIC PARK. Ridiculous! Not upset at the cost, but at the fact that there arent any signs or anything to make you aware until you pull up after waiting in the extremely long car line! The third party service involved with the parking who direct you where to park even said they were told by the company (you guys!) that the customers (us!) were made aware of the parking fees and that they apologize! Lastly, the 45 minute window to exclusively jump in the worlds largest bounce house, didnt exist. It was just open at all times and the toddler session was full of much larger children that were smashing into all the little ones left and right.

    I really did not want to file a complaint against Big Bounce America. However, I reached my breaking point with how blatantly mean & emotionally abusive majority of the company leaders are. The culture of the MAJORITY of the staff is absolutely INHUMANE! I firsthand witnessed how XL Event Lab leadership has ZERO respect or appreciation for their most committed temp workers. Whereas, they have several event day staff that LITERALLY smoked marijuana in front of their temps like the crew member named, Red. They also have event day staff that speak extremely disrespectful to upper management & flirt with temps for job offers. They dont consistently give breaks & THINK its funny to verbally abuse temps. Yet, leadership treated the most committed highly qualified temps AS IF theyre detrimental to their organization?! Leadership absolutely does NOT care about emotionally abusing their most committed temps but they show preferential treatment to those who are considered attractive & give unfair advantage due to their appearance. WHEREAS, the most highly qualified candidates get emotionally abused! The culture of leadership is DEEPLY detached from prioritizing quality over pretty privilege. Which is why they have a team that so boldly smoked marijuana in front of temps & show up late to start events. Leadership puts more value in those that have a passion to be verbally abusive toward temps for the sake of power tripping. It is utterly mind blowing to have firsthand witnessed how a large percentage (with the exception of a few) of the company leaders that dont care about the emotional damage they caused to those that genuinely were an asset to their organization vs those that openly engage in relationships with their colleagues for career ****************** weed in tents without a care in the world that their temps witness such rogue behavior. The overall ****************** of appreciation for quality workers vs pretty privilege is precisely WHY they have low ratings.
