      The amount the company needs to refund me is $137.89, the amount I paid to them on Amazon.com for the faulty cartridges.  I cannot use the store credit they are offering and it does not compensate me at all for the printer which was destroyed by one of their faulty cartridges.

Since the business is located in a different state, filing a small claims lawsuit is not convenient and as an alternative, I asked the business to refund the amazon orders to compensate me for my losses due to the business's defective cartridge. However, the business refused to refund me for any of the amazon orders.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company has all the information they need to issue a refund for the orders.  All they need to do is log in to their Amazon seller account, locate the orders by using the order numbers I provided to them, and click on the button "issue refund".  Amazon makes it very easy for sellers to do this.  I know because I myself am also a seller on Amazon.  If LD products refunds me for the orders, I will close my complaint.

      I placed an order on 3/11/23 with LD Products for (4) Brother printer ink drums in the colors of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. I received the shipment approximately on 3/17/23; however, there were only (3) drums received with the Magenta drum missing. I sent a message via LD Products website on ~3/17/23 and again on 3/20/23 and have received no response. I called their customer service line on 3/22/23 & 3/24/23 and after waiting on hold for an extended period, it dumped me into voice mail. I have left 2 messages with specifics on my order number, and that my order was incomplete. Again, no response from LD Products.

      Over the past few years I have purchased my ink cartridges from LD Products. I've always been satisfied with their service. There were two times that I had issues with a cartridge that wouldn't print and those were replaced by LD Products. In my last order I now have a bad cartridge. I have tried several times in the last two weeks to contact them on the internet and mostly by phone *************) and can't get through. With the phone I keep getting the same recording and cannot get past this recording. This has been probably ***** times. It's as if the company no longer exists but didn't cancel their phone service. I'm at the point now that I will have to get my supplies from another vendor because of this. If I have to resort to this I am still still hung with a bad cartridge that I will not be able to get resolved. This is for a PG245XL black cartridge. I also have a PG 246XL color cartridge from the same order that I haven't had the occasion to use as of now. I am assuming that it will be OK but I will not know until I need it to see if it is OK. The black cartridge in question will not print legibly. There are so many white streaks that it is unreadable. Once in the past I was told to dampen the print head with a moist paper towel. That didn't work then and it did not work with this one either. I am looking for a replacement or credit refund of the black cartridge with a possible future claim for the color cartridge should it be bad when I need it.

      I am rejecting this response because LD Products sent an unauthorized purchase to me after numerous promises to refund the $54.91initial purchase price.  The LD Products email that is mentioned in their reply states that I must first return the unauthorized ink cartridges before a full refund is issued.  The unauthorized ink cartridges we received were leaking inside the box and plastic packaging. The ink cartridges they sell are refilled and reused cartridges and many customers have complained about the leaking cartridges.   LD Products was not forthcoming with a postage paid return label and only after I insisted did they provide me a postage paid label.  So drove to the post office and shipped the unauthorized delivery fully expecting LD Products to again come up with another reason not to issue my refund!   The leaky cartridges they sent me and now returned will be that ***********.

After numerous phone calls to LD Products the story is the same, there is no record of my calling, there are no notes for a refund request and no refund was issued.       I spend $50.78 on the 702XL Black and colored ink mixed pack. Order #**-000117485 Order Date: 2/16/23, 7:27 AM I asked for a refund because my printer is not compatible with the ink like they claim. I contacted customer support (CN ********* and they told me that they could only send me a replacement. Why would I want more of something I cant use? Anyway I would like a refund for $50.78 please.

      I ordered online on 12/14/2022 a set of 9 compatible HP 902XL ink cartridges (SKU: HP902XLBNDL). My credit card was charged $79.53 on the day of the online order (Order#**-000079777). The company claimed to have shipped the order on 12/15/2022 but I did not receive any product until early January 2023. The order received only had 4 of the 9 ink cartridges in the set ordered. The ink cartridges were not compatible with my HP printer as advertised. These ink cartridges did not work in my printer. I then contacted the company, and they gave me directions on how to return these 4 cartridges. I also told them not to send the other 5 cartridges remaining to complete the order. To my surprise I received the remaining 5 cartridges in the mail and returned them on 02/06/2023. As of today (**/08/2023) my credit card has not been credit back for the $79.53 charged for this order. I did contact this company by phone today (**/08/2023). They did verify that they have received my return mailings and will credit my credit card $79.53. in the next 4 days.

      This company has given such a run around and the simple issue of a refund has taken more time (and money) away than it should have from my small business. I want the rest of the payment reimbursement as requested immediately.

Once they have confirmed it was cancelled, we'll forward it to our Accounting team so they can process the refund back to your CC. Now 2/27: I email again requesting my refund status. Now 3/2: LD emailed reply, " Please know that we are still waiting for the confirmation from our refunds, we have already escalated your case to get an answer asap, as soon as we have it, we'll send it your way" . Today is 3/6: to date no refund received. 5 weeks/4 days since the order was placed, 20 days (13 business days) since canceling the order
