    I received the DRSB Artist's Portfolio (Without DVD) that was shipped to me by Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain, ***** of *******************************************************************. It was order #*****. I did an inventory of the items in the shipment and I compared that that inventory to the description of the included items for that product as found on ***** website. As a result of that comparison, I discovered that two parts were missing. The missing parts were: two siting tools. On June 11, 2025, I submitted a request by email to the company asking them to ship to me the two siting tools, so that I may have the complete DRSB Artist's Portfolio for which I paid a total of $149.99 ($119.99 plus $30.00 shipping cost). The company never responded to my email. Now 10 days have gone by since I contacted the company by email. I believe that in order to get the training and educational value of the DRSB Artist's Portfolio, I need all of its parts. I want the company to send to me the aforementioned parts that were promised to be in the product but were not included.

    We did not receive the customer's email on 6/11/25, we did receive one on 6/21/25, which was responded to on the next business day, 6/23/25. The response was that we were sorry we had not received the first email, but had received the second and would send the missing items on Tuesday, 6/24/25, when the office was back open. We have limited office hours and there is only one person checking everything so the email was not missed. Sometimes people misspell the email and it goes somewhere else. We have made this right and sent Mr. Mack the tools and tracking number for the package.
