      We submitted a request for free wood delivery back in November of 2024 from Bailey tree company in *********************. Yesterday on May 16, 2025 they decided to finally drop it off without prior notice. We now have about ***** large pieces of tree wood each weighing about 150-200lbs sitting in our driveway. It is rotted with fungus and mold, it is leaking a liquid and has an atrocious smell like a zoo, it is sitting in the heat and attracting flies leading to it being unusable for a BBQ, fireplace etc. which they assured it was good for when we submitted our request. After going there and speaking to the owner of the company he is not willing to take it back and basically said it's our problem now and that it was in the disclaimer. There is no disclaimer offered to read about anything saying the wood could possibly be molded and unhealthy to even breath. We are very disappointed with this service and are at a loss of what to do at this point. They claim to be a professional company based on 100% customer satisfaction. We are now left to deal with this issue ourselves and don't have $500. to have it hauled away.
