On 1/28/25 i sent a payment on cashapp of ****** for a rear windshield on a 2005 mercedes cl55. The payment included window which they quoted around $600 and shipping which was around $300 and that they would pull the window off as soon as they received payment . throughout the next two months i called they said they havent removed window or shipped . I asked if they can do a refund on cashapp and i can get it somewhere else and they said sure , and to call back later . Another two months have passed of me calling weekly and biweekly for refund and they said theyd leave a note for the boss , or the *** who did my transaction says he doesnt have access to Cashapp stuff and to call when boss is around , i ask when i call then , says hes in Tahoe and to call another day, i call that day and they say boss is out in the yard and h*** call me . Never receive a call, and i call again before they close twice and he still cant get to me . Now when i call they say i need to talk to *** who put me on hold for ***** min where another person answers and puts me on hold to get ***, another 15 passes they hang up on me . I call again they mumble something in 2 seconds put me on hold for 15 min then hangup while im on hold . I call back and they hangup before answering . I call again and a person gets angry saying someone keeps calling and hanging up but how can they help me , i say i need help w a payment refund and they put me on hold until they hangup once again . Theyve done this to me for months until i cannot dispute through cashapp or my bank . I recently saw reviews where they have done this to other customers . I asked for a 1995 ***** Miata passenger airbag but was given a 1999 ***** Miata passenger airbag which did not fit my vehicle. This happened on 09/24/2024. I called them the next day and brought up this issue with them and they said that they would find a replacement. I have been calling them every other day for the last month and a half and they still have not found the replacement part. I have asked to talk with the owner about this issue and he is always on a trip. I just want my money back which is well deserved because I was given the wrong part and a replacement has not been found. I have called so much and have been put on hold for an hour almost every time. It is 11/15/2024, it has almost been two month and I have not gotten a refund or a replacement part. Bananza Auto Dismantlers Timeline 8/20/24: I ordered a transmission and two front axles, paid via Venmo to avoid a service charge. I was told it would ship by Wednesday or Thursday with a tracking number provided.8/23/24 (Friday): Called to check the order and was told it should ship by Monday, 8/26/24.8/27/24 (Tuesday): I was informed the axles pulled were in bad condition, but replacements were found, and the order would ship the next day.8/29/24 (Thursday): They claimed it was being picked up but didnt provide a tracking number, asking me to call back.8/30/24 (Friday): Told it shipped on 8/29/24 and should arrive by 9/4/24 or 9/5/24.9/6/24 (Friday): Asked for the tracking number, but they now claimed it shipped on 9/5/24.9/9/24 (Monday): No delivery.9/10/24 (Tuesday): Given the carriers number. Carrier said it would arrive by 9/11/24 or 9/12/24.9/13/24 (Friday): No delivery. Repeatedly called with no answer until I used a different number. They assured me delivery that day, but it never arrived.9/16/24 (Monday): The carrier said the transmission was sent to ******* by mistake and asked for four more days. Promised to provide an *** the next morning, but didnt.9/17/24 (Tuesday): Called again, and they claimed to be still locating it.After discovering negative reviews on the companys ******** page, Im convinced theyre playing games. I just want my $1,452.11 refunded. I have all my receipts and am prepared to take legal action. After reading numerous reviews, its apparent that this is their normal business practice, and they have done the same to multiple customers. They also conveniently put the wrong name on my receipt. My name is **** *****, but they put ***** ******, although the address was correct. This company's business practices are unacceptable, and no one should ever buy from them. I purchased an engine for a 2006 Scion XB on 5-22-2024. The way of contact was by phone, where I talked to a *** there who worked at the wrecking yard Bonanza Auto Dismantlers in ***************, **. The phone number was **************. It was supposed to me delivered to me on Friday 5-24-2024. We agreed on a price of $625 plus $75 for shipping. (but was charged $768.18, was supposed to me charged only $700 but was overcharged) I received the engine on 5-31-2024 and gave the delivery driver my core engine. I then installed the donor motor into the vehicle on 6-4-2024 which was a no good engine and did not start up(Had low compression). For note purposes, all accessories, sensors, and gaskets were not on the engine which is not a what I paid for. I called multiple times to get this rectified. I called more than 5 times, always being put on hold for more than 20 minutes until someone would reply to me. After pleading with *** about my situation, he told me to remove the bad motor I had installed and get it ready to be swapped with a good engine and that he would send me a video of a good used engine he had prior to sending it to me. After removing the motor on 6-8-2024 I tried contacting them again. After many times and being put on hold I was then told by *** that he never told me he would swap the motor straight up, and that he never told me he'd provide video evidence of a replacement motor that was in working order. Then I was told by *** that I would need to find a shipping company to ship the defective motor back to him, and then pay for another third party shipper to ship it back to me. There was a 90-day warranty on the used motor and shipping should be covered, especially on a motor that didn't work directly off the pallet. I last tried calling on 6-14-2024 and was put on hold for more than 30-minutes and then the phone got disconnected. Please do not allow them to get away with this. On June 3rd 2024 paid for a short block5.7L for my 08 chrysler 300c. ***************************** and *** have told me that they have the part and if I wanted the part they do the paperwork over the phone and *** assisted and got all my info. And where the engine would get delivered to. They said they take venmo and/or cash app. So I said ok I can use my cash app so I paid for the part delivery plus taxes total of ******. I have been calling every other day to check the status on my part. They then told me that the block was no good and it was pitted and they were taking another one out to test and get ready to deliver. I have called for status on my part but I have been put on hold for hours at a time, I have been hung up on. I just want my money back so I can get my part somewhere else and get it fixed. May 15 2023 I purchased a Dodge truck frame. I had to pay up front for the frame. I was told that they had to retrieve the frame from there storage yard in ********************, ca over the time period from May until Dec of 2023 they kept giving me the run around about the frame always promising me the frame but never providing it. I finally had enough and asked for a refund of my money. From Jan to May 2024 I got the same run around about the refund of my money always promising me a refund but never giving me one. I have kept all of the communications with the company. There last communication I had was May 1 2024 they said ******* was going to send me the refund on Friday May 3 and it would be sent over night and he would provide me with a tracking number. As of today May 7 nothing as arrived. This was just another lie that has been used over and over to keep me at bay and not provide me with any frame or refund. They are dishonest and thiefs. I have witnesses and communications I have kept. He doesnt have a leg to stand on. I paid him ****** Can you communicate with him and tell him to do the right thing and give me back my. Money. Its only right that he do so. I have document to provide you but they are not in the right format at this time. I am rejecting this response because: bonanza auto dismanteler did finally sent me a check but it was not the full amount of money that I gave them. I paid them $942.39 that breaks down to $876.59 for what he was supposed to provide me with the frame. That included $65.80 in tax for a total of $942.39 the check was for ****** if I am not mistaken ca law says all money refunded includes the taxes that were charged. There is no reason that I can see why they kept the $42.39 other then they just wanted it. I will be satisfied only when they return every cent that they owe me. The invoice # ****. I bought a motor from them for a ****** Impreza and they sent me a bad motor. I drive 3 hours to take it back and they said they would have it tested and get back with me. After calling them a few times they finally confirmed the motor was bad and said they were going to have it rebuilt and sent back to me. Here it is September and they are refusing my calls and have given me nothing no motor no refund notta. It cost me a lot of money to try and get the motor in the car and going. Cost me 800$ to have the bad motor put in and taken out 150$ to transport it back to then lmk. And for the motor itself I paid upwards of 1100$? I have all receipts and other paperwork from them I would like this all to be covered by them they screwed me royally.Business Response

To whom it may concern, Mr. ******************* was given several opportunities to return the motor . Within a timely fashion we do not cover installation parts or shipping.. this is a layed out in our invoices and your standard protocol in the industry.... however we do except damaged or broken merchandise for exchange provided the part is brought back to us within the allotted time. Which is 30 days from the time recipient received merchandise...
After reviewing the complaint, I did a search to see if we received any defective parts or merchandise with the customers name, and work order.. I did not see anything matching.. nevertheless, we would like to take the time out to see if we can rectify the situation. Customer may call me Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Please ask to speak to *** and I will do everything within my power to investigate and rectify the problem. Thank you. We appreciate your support in this matter .

I am rejecting this response because: its a load of ****, we returned the motor on 5/23/23 and you even signed the paper for ** showing that we returned the motor. You guys never sent a new one out and we have been trying to get this done since March of last year. You have put me out thousands of dollars and at this point I dont even want a new motor in return I would like a refund plus for you to pay for the cost of having the motor put in the first time then taken out then the cost of driving the motor to you guys and returning it. You cant go around practicing shady business operations and not eventually get caught. I have already notified the fraud department and ** getting the papers ready to take you to court and bring justice to me and hopefully to others that you have or were planning on ripping off. Youre nothing but a thief and a liar at this point so take what youve got to say and shove it. I have all of the proof and this will be fixed whether you like it or not. Ordered drivers door for **** GMC Topkick from "***". Super nice guy and easy transaction. He quoted $479.00 for the door, $100 for shipping, $44.87 tax, $18.82 for 3% cc fee for a total of $642.69 paid via phone with him on March 9th. He said he would email me an invoice and the part would either arrive Friday, March 10th or Monday, March 13th at the latest since they were in *************** and we were in ********. I received an email with the receipt reflecting only the $642.69 charged at 1:03pm, but showing no description as to what was purchased and the breakdown. I waited a few more days before calling on March 15th to find out where the door is. Someone else answered and told me he would have "***" call me back. No call back since, and every time I call, I only get voicemail. How are we suppose to not thing this establishment is a fraud????????
