      I hired them to assist with tax issues. They told me the amount before they would ener get started. Once they finally did start, they were very non communicative, and had no desire to send me the paperwork I needed to fill out. They kept asking me when I would send it in, and I haven't received it yet. This went on for almost a year of just waiting for the papers. But they were very quick to take my money. Once I finally got the papers, they weren't the right ones, so more waiting. And it was so difficult for them to email it also. One day I was told my POA was expired, then 2 weeks later I was informed it has been revoked because of how long the matter was taking and they were dropping the case. I asked for receipt, an itemized invoice, and Contract stating what they were billing for, and what they were planning to do next. I was told I did not need those, they just wanted the papers. They could not prove that they had done anything except send the wrong papers after a year, and then say I was at fault. Very unprofessional and unethical business. They took the $14k and sat around for a year. Over the entire span from March 2022, to January 2024, I have 13 emails from them. They had 3 different case workers for me also during that time frame, and each one after the other lost the idea of why I hired them.

      Unfortunately were dealing people they never appreciate it. We follow up so many times asking him to send ** tax organizer ********** by mail. ********** by *** with the tracking number and he got it. Our general manager talk to him three times *********************, and he told him, hes finalizing tax organizer and gonna send it to us regarding power of attorney every year you have to update power of attorney with the *** but people sometimes they dont understand, He dont file so many years and he owes a lot of money to them. We done a lot of work, but at first you have to do tax returns to be up-to-date, we have so many documents, approving this we got the extension for him. We got the protection on place. if youre gonna need it, were gonna provide you all the attachments date by date I tried to put the attachment, but it told me file so big not coming through.
