    This management company is new to my apartment building. They have only been the property manager for the last 3 months. Each month, they have made it difficult to pay utilities. Now, for the month of August, I cannot pay my utility bill at all. I have called, left voicemails, and texted with their service multiple times. No one answers. I need to pay my rent and I am unable to do so.Furthermore, my lease is set to renew next month and I need to speak with them about the terms of my tenancy. I have also left a message regarding this matter, and no one will reply.

    I've been trying to get some maintenance issues fixed with my ***, they are aware of the problems but do not respond to any of my emails,texts,phone calls or a certified letter I sent. Two times during our general meeting last year the ** of the *** who is *************************** told me he would take care of one of my main concern but to this day nothing has been done. So unprofessional by not responding to the homeowners. I've also asked for copies of the minutes of the meetings and does not provide that either. There's complaints from other homeowners as well. I've been asking for help from ****** for the last fourteen months which is when I bought the property. None of the maintenance requests have been addressed. One of the requests was just closed and showed as completed which is a lie because nothing was ever done and that was in March of 2022. This management company really needs to be looked into. Thank You

    To whom it may concern,

    ******************************* complained about the tree in front of her unit last year. Since then the issue with this large tree removal/trimming was discussed several times on the Board meetings, with the community gardener and personally with *******. It was decided that this is not a priority now and can be done later this year, after more urgent projects. This HOA has lot of serious issues (leaks, mold, stucco cracks, etc.) that were not fixed for decades. Unfortunately, there are no reserves for all necessary repairs and HOA Board has it's priorities in repairs/maintenance.

    RPM started to manage this HOA less than 2 years ago and in this period of time more repairs were done in the building than in previous ***** years. The tree will be professionally trimmed later this year, that was an HOA Board decision.

    ******************************* The concern for this huge overgrown tree that is growing against the electrical pole and lines and now growing over the roof should be a priority because it looks like its rotting from the bottom of the trunk and the big thick roots are above the ground. Its also leaning and if it breaks and falls it will either fall on my unit or on the Main Street which is a very busy street and can cause some heavy damage or hurt somebody. My first complaint to HOA was in December of 2021, in August of 2022 ****** told me it would be done in October of 2022, nothing was done, in October of 2022 he said it would be done in December of 2022 and nothing was done, I offered to pay for cutting the tree and taking payments from my HOA fees to pay myself back but I never got a NO or YES answer so I feel like they wont work with me and dont know if this issue will ever get resolved. Thank You

    On March 30, 2023 we had a Board meeting and ******* participated in it.

    The Board discussed financial situation of the *** and projects that need to be done first, based on limited reserves. It was decided that all major projects will be completed based on their priority. Tree cut that ******* was complaining about is not a priority now, per *** Board decision. It can be done after all units with water damages and mold issues are repaired. Real Property Management is ready to complete all major projects ASAP if the community agrees for the large special assessment. Unfortunately, this *** does not have any reserves, there are lot of improvements that need to be done and *** members are not ready to approve additional special assessments. ******* was present at the meeting  and she is aware about this situation.
