    I was a tenant at *************** and have been owed $1434.94 since May 2022. I have sent emails and made calls, but I have not been contacted in return and have not received a refund check. This is after they towed my car from my assigned parking space in our gated parking lot (!) because they had such poor records in the office.My neighbors were lovely, but my experience with the management office and landlord was terrible and I will never live in a Moss & Company property again.

    I applied for the Urban Noho apartments in Hollywood and put a 500 deposit to hold the apartment and was told that if we was denied or if we decided not to rent before signing a lease that we would get our money back. We got denied so we are owed our money back . I gave them weeks before calling to see if the check had been mailed and I made several phones and left messages and the only person that returns my call is the Receptionist she told me that the check has been mailed to my old address . All my mail has been forwarded to my P.O.Box , but yet I haven't received anything from **** and Company. We applied 11/23/22 and here it is 1/12/23 and still no call back or No check. I left a message to ******************* and their A.P. and not one person has called me back. I'm glad God blocked ** from renting from this company and I'm very Blessed for the House that we are renting in a nice *************** with a professional realtor company that answers calls and responds quickly. I bet **** and Company don't let their tenants pay them when they want to and just say that the rent payment has been mailed . All I'm requiring is that they give me back my money that they had no problem getting from me by electronically withdrawal. They should've return my money the same way that they withdrew it then it wouldn't be a problem with them having to mail me a check.
