      I was charged $60.00 for 2 applications *********************** .I have section* 8 voucher for $1923 and my credit wasn't ran and I didnt get a email saying yes or no there is no credit criteria either please help Ive been lookig for a place to relocated for 2yrs now!

      A $30 non-refundable application fee is communicated multiple times to inquiries and applicants in advertising, online and in the application instructions. And before an applicant begins the online application process, they are communicated to once more, "Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. This fee is non-refundable."

      These applicants proceeded to pay the application fee, filled out the application, and acknowledged that their applications were complete with supporting documentation of proof of income prior to final submission of their applications.

      The people who filed this complaint did not meet one or more of the approval criteria including, but not limited to: income-to-debt ratio, majority accounts in good standing, a good credit score, they submitted incomplete applications, did not provide verifiable proof of income, financial ability, banking or savings account information, proof of employment (and as stated in the application instructions, screen shots or photos are not verifiable or accepted), or other supporting documents showing their ability to pay rent, such as official Section 8 or Voucher documentation as they reference in this complaint.

      Both Applicant's Credit Reports were run on September 19, 2022, and denial letters of adverse action with instructions on how to receive a current credit report and a summary of their Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act were sent to applicants September 19, 2022, and again September 27, 2022.

      We would appreciate *** removing this retaliatory and inaccurate complaint against us as these applicants were communicated to about the non-refundable application fee multiple times, in multiple different communications, and they also acknowledged that they were submitting completed applications with verifiable documentation uploaded, including, proof of employment and financial ability and official documents, such as banking statements, paystubs, W-2's, other documents (such as proof of Section 8 or Vouchers), prior to submitting their applications, when they actually did not.

      We hope you understand that we are unable to approve applicants who do not submit complete applications with verifiable documentation and that do not meet a minimum of criteria.
