    I ordered matching pajamas for my toddlers through this company from their Black Friday sale. They advertised that their shipping would take 7-10 business days because of the volume. I was quoted to receive the pajamas on 12/9. Then I was quoted 12/20, which is egregious. Then on 12/20 I got another notification saying that they would be late and there was no new expected arrival date. I was really upset and contacted customer service. They dont offer an apology until I asked for one and blamed their backlog and the shipping company. I told them that this affected my kids Christmas and how were they going to make it up to them, expecting maybe a partial refund for the trouble or an offer of a discount or SOMETHING. They disregarded it and said hey we saw its going to get there by 12/23! We did it! They wanted a *** on the back for getting it to me just in the **** of time and when my kids could only really enjoy them for one day. I left a complaint on their instagram account and they deleted my comment and told me to direct my concerns to customer service, not social media. ********** owned company. Shame on that mama for owning a company that has no regard for childrens Christmas magic and cant even muster up an apology during the Christmas season. Would give them zero stars if I could.

    This company has poor transparency in shipping times (will take around 3 weeks to receive order December 2024) and poor customer service. I ordered Christmas pajamas on Black Friday but was not away it would take 10 business days to ship. The holiday pajamas will have little value to me after the holiday season and will not fit my kids next year. They have no one who can talk to you on the phone, and emailing their team was not very helpful. They never apologized for the lack of transparency and basically told me there is nothing they can do. I do not recommend ordering from them. I also dont like that they have synthetic fabrics like spandex in their products.

    This past week Ive had the worst customer service experience with a lost package. They are unable to replace my item and even though it hasnt been delivered they are still not refunding or reshipping the item. Ive never had a customer service team so incredibly rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help with delivering a new shipment or package,

    Theyve switched shipping companies multiple times in recent months which has been a disaster. Ive been a loyal customer for 2 years with no issues but July they lost a package. They offered to replace so they sent a new package, that was also lost. There are MANY reports online of this happening to hundreds of people. I placed another order recently with 1-3 shipping and its been 3 days and no updates so why charge so much extra if you wont honour the shipment to your loyal customers ? Absolutely unacceptable and an investigation needs to be done on this companies unethical business practices.

    They switched shipping companies for international shipping and its incredibly slow. On top of it being slow, they create a label with one shipping company then tracking didnt update for 3 weeks then they shipped it with a different shipping company. When I contacted them during the 3 week period where my order was not tracking, not shipped, they kept insisting it was on the way and wouldnt refund. When I left a negative review about my experience, their customer service team contacted me to tell me that I was creating too much work for them and slowing down their customer service team. They sent me the email to leave a review and then contacted me to tell me to stop leaving negative reviews. They dont allow any negative comments or even comments warning other consumers of whats going on on any of their social media platforms. Their bamboo is very, very thin and pills and rips easily.

    Dont understand the hype. I hope people stop buying. Quality has gone downhill in the last 6 months. After one wear, items have holes or the stitching unraveling. They will blame you on not laundering correctly. I wash inside out, cold, delicate, only with bamboo and hang to dry. They have the worst customer service that will tell you they are sold out of a size after ordering and when you email them back they will say it never happened. They delete all the negative reviews off of all the social platforms as others have stated. Shop has reviews they havent been able to delete.
