    As of July ******* the project price was *********. This price was inclusive of 2 bathroom repairs and the demolition/replacement of patio enclosure. All to be completed by Thanksgiving of 2023 so stated by the contractor. As repairs went along there were add jobs. Stucco and Air conditioning installed. For the work completed which is the 2 bathrooms, stucco work, and Air conditioner install the payment made for these projects have been paid in full to the amount of *********. An amount of ******** has been given in good faith to begin patio enclosure on July 18, 2024. Its now November 2024 a full year later and we have yet to have our patio enclosure completed. We met with **** ******** an agreement to not move forward and part ways was made. We asked for the ******** given in good faith to be returned to us by November 2024. On November 14 2024 we were informed that we would only be receiving ****** of the ******** due to a difference of payment. All our records and proof of payments show we have paid for every service in full . All we are seeking is the amount of ******** given in good faith to begin the patio enclosure that was never completed.
