    Me and my wife decided to purchase solar panels that will close to zero out or electric bill. After deliberating going back and forth we where guarantee that the solar system was going to produce or exceeded what we had agree to. I have contacted the so call CEO or owner of the company. i was told we needed to wait for a whole year to review the usage we agree after the year we had a extremely bad experience now between my electric bill and the solar panel payments my bill is higher than without them. I have tried so many times to try and fix the situation and nothing has been done. i have emails from there firm confirming my statement above. I had iid come to our home to check and maybe tell me why my bill was so high with solar panels up on reviewing they i was told the solar system install in our home was smaller than what i really needed. I am seeking for this company to make it right, otherwise I will be seeking for legal advice. it a shame that companies like this scam people. I supposed to have 50-year warranty on the Solars, and we keep getting the round around. Bad business I will not recommend doing any business with them.

    Date of install: for solar panels: 5/3/23. - One solar panel doesn't work - They have not finished roofing. There is a leak in the roof where roofing was done. They left tiles stacked dangerously on the house.- EZ Energy hasn't installed 2 batteries that were already paid for ($20,000 worth). They originally would not install the batteries because they didn't submit an official application to SCE with information on batteries purchased. Dates I have emailed, called or text without response: 7/20, 7/26, 7/31, 8/2, 8/8, 8/9, 8/14, 8/17, 8/18. Still waiting on a response for them to resolve.

    I purchased solar panels from EZ Energy Solutions (date of transaction was 5/3/2017) and I was supposed to have 12 panels on my roof. The job was completed, and I paid them $15,200. The warrantee that was included in my contract was for 20 years to fix if anything went wrong.On 7/20/2023 my solar went out and I contacted EZ Energy Solutions (on 7/20/2023) but was not able to get through. I kept calling and was able to speak to someone but when I explained what happened the representative hung up on me and when I called back nobody picked up or returned my messages. I then called from my house number (instead of my cell) and I was able to get through to a representative. The representative made an appointment for 7/31/2023 to have someone come out to look at my solar panels but I was also told that because the company is now in ***********, and I am in ************* that there would be a charge of $250 to have someone come to take a look.I agreed to pay the $250 however nobody showed up on 7/31/2023 or called to re-schedule. This whole time my solar was not functioning. I tried calling EZ Energy Solutions multiple times from multiple phones but was never able to get through to anyone again. And nobody from EZ Energy Solutions ever called me to re-schedule the service appointment.I had to call another local company and pay $300 to have a technician come out to take a look at my solar panels at which time I was also told that I only have 9 panels and not 12 as stated on my contract.I would like to receive and have installed the 3 panels that I have not received as well as a refund for the money I paid to PG&E at the end of the year in the approximate amount of $5000 (for the amount that I did not have enough solar energy for because I had 3 panels missing). EZ Energy Solutions is a crooked company who did not fulfill their contracted duties and not only cheated me out of 3 panels but also refused to provide service as per the warrantee on the contract.

    E.Z. Energy Solutions installed solar panels in 2020, I have had nothing but problems since then and they are very sketchy. They are to install more panels should they not produce the promised amount of energy at their expense, the first time they made me pay them to install more panels, now they need to install more and when they did I had another company check their work as I still have a high electric bill. I was told half the panels are not even connected to my system, I call E.Z. Energy over and over with no answer, finally they answer and tell me they won't connect and fix my panels unless I remove my true bad reviews, I said I have a contract but *** just hung up on me. ******* also hung up on me when he heard it was me asking for them to finish the job. All the bad reviews are true and the good ones are false. Someone needs to stop them from hurting and cheating people. This company has no integrity morally or professionally.

    I hired EZ Energy Solutions to install Solar panels a new HV** system and a New Roof. All was well until it began to rain and 2 ofmy ** vents began to leak rain water onto my floor. I got a hold of the company and it took about a week or two for them to send somebody out. They sent the solar panel guys. Not *************. They then sent the roofers. Roofers told them it was the *** They sent the ** guys did nothing. Ever since i have been trying to get my issue resolved and they just keep going in circles. Now its been about a month or 2 and they are just ifnoring me. I call and I text them and dont get any replies.i have pictures and videos of everything. Ive been dealing with this for over 6 months

    As of 5/23/2023, the contractor has fixed the issue. The roofer has been on the job site and resolved the issue. The customer has committed to removing the complaint once the issue has been fixed.

    This company placed solar panels on my roof 2 years ago with a roofing warranty. This year in 2023 there was a leak in the roof. I called over 20 times to three different numbers and only spoke to someone twice. I was placed on hold while they "look that up" and then transferred back to a voicemail that is full and the call hung up on its own. I tried calling back the last number I used to get in contact with them and this time it said "This phone is no longer in service". I do not recommend doing business with this company unless you want a bad homeowner experience and a warranty that will be null and void the minute they get your money.

    After my initial complaint, I received a voicemail from the business. I was relieved that after almost a year without a contact, I finally received a call. The phone number left behind *************) goes straight to voicemail and the voice mailbox is full. As if paying for solar panels that are not working isnt frustrating enough, ez energy solutions customer service after they make their sale is terrible.

    On 2/20/2023 Customer was contacted by the manager of the solar company. During the conversation, the customer was explained that there was an issue in regard to the telephone servers. The manager explained to the customer that within this week or next week, it will be scheduled an appointment with a tech visit to fix the issue that the customer has concerns about. The customer will be additionally contacted and confirmed about the date and time of the tech visit.

    On 2020, we purchased solar panels from the business. The business began billing before the solar panels were completed. During the summer of 2022, our solar panels began malfunctioning and we reached out to the business and the billing company to fix the solar panels. The only response we have received back is that we are still responsible for the bill, regardless of the solar panels are working. I want is for the company to hold up their agreement and fix the solar panels as they promised in our contract.

    I purchased solar panels from EZ energy solution there were installed in July 2019 during the last 2 years i had no problems with roof leaks due to lack of rain on the week of December January it rained heavy and the roof were the panels are installed started to leak into the ceiling damaging the paint and the ceiling my contract states that parts and labor and the roof were panels are installed are warranty for 25 years i have been trying to contact the office several time since January 12 2023 finally some lady answered the phone and took my report and told me that some one will be InTouch with me.its been over a week and no one has call me i been trying to call them and no answer the voice message say that you can not leave a message because the voice mail is full and gave some kind of error. i wanted to take care of the problem before it rains again and create a major damages to my ceiling and paint. this EZ energy solution have a very poor quality customer service support . I need the roof fixed and the ceiling and paint caused by the leak to be fixed to the original .

    Solar panels are under warranty and not functioning since mid October. Waited two weeks for available repair team. First no show was on Nov 2nd. Second no-show was Nov 9th. Explanation was that "the truck" broke down and they would contact me with new repair date after determining when "the truck" would be repaired. Now, fifty calls attempts that error out with no opportunity to leave a message, eight e-mails,and two online chat attempts, the panels are still not working. If determined to be the inverter, this would be the fourth failed inverter in four years. Very costly when not functioning.

    EZ Energy Solution has reached out to the customer and explained to the customer (and the customer has verified) that the system is under her ex husband's name. The general manager has explained to the customer the procedure how the problem will be fixed. EZ Energy Solution has assured customer that as soon as the manufacturer sends us the part, we will send out the technician to replace and repair as needed. Also the general manager and company has provided the information to the customer as needed to resolve the issue for the customer's system. Also the customer requested to transfer the system to her name. The company has explained to her how that can be done.

    Issue is not resolved. Aside from the unprofessionalism of the company posting personal information about my marital status, they have yet to schedule the inverter repair. I was informed in early January that I (the customer) would need to contact ********* to request the **** I don't understand why the process changed since the last failed inverter or why it took two and a half months to inform me of the new process while misleading me with scheduled repair appointments that were all no shows. To date, the repair is not complete (awaiting RMA that is now in process as of 1/5/23). I do not have a scheduled date from the installer (EZ Energy).

    Additionally, the name on account appears to cause delays. EZ Energy advised me they cannot update it and referred me to SolarEdge. SolarEdge case opened and they cannot complete the name change. I am now referred back to the installer (EZ Energy)

    The replacement inverter was delivered to EZ Energy on Tues 1/24/22 from Solar Edge. I have reached out to EZ Energy via email for scheduling repair; however, there has been no reply. I'm unable to get through on their phone lines (ext. 105 mailbox is full) which simply disconnects my call.

    I am rejecting this response because: while it is true that the solar panels are now working, I have not heard back from Saed (one of the owners) regarding financial restitution for the months when the inverter was not functioning.  Nor have they formalized an offer to cover the damage from the leaky roof that I paid EZ Energy to replace when the solar was installed.  I do not have any voicemail messages or text from EZ Energy and **** did say he would text after speaking with his partners.  I am also unable to get through on the phone lines hearing the system cannot accept more messages followed by a disconnect.
