    My card was lost and charges were made that they deemed to be me and that will not issue a new card or refund my account...be careful

    The customer reached out to file a dispute in which was investigated by the disputes/fraud team at Arro. During the investigation, it was found that the customer had provided conflicting information, and the merchant had received valid authorization. The customer has also submitted multiple disputes with the same reason for each transaction across different timelines. As a result of the findings, the claim was denied. A new card was issued to the customer as he has now ordered a total of four Arro cards since last year (2024)
