    Placed an order on June 20th after they advertised a Juneteenth sale. No shipping info or anything for two weeks. Called, only vm, sent an email and got a generic response that they were still processing order. Emailed agin, no response, called no answer, only vm. Randomly received email saying order is being processed, immediately followed another email saying order cancelled, money refunded, however I have Not received the money.

    I like to give people a chance but **** this is the third time that I have ordered something and I have heard nothing for over 30 days they take your money right away yet do whatever with it and send you something when they feel they want to I guess

    I am contacting you on behalf of my wife, who made a purchase from your website for my birthday. The order was placed on November 27th, and as my birthday was on December 13th, we expected to receive updates or any communication since we received the order confirmation. However, it is now January 9th, ****, and we are extremely dissatisfied with the complete lack of response. Despite numerous attempts to reach out through phone calls, emails, and messages, my wife has not received any response from the company. This lack of communication reflects poorly on your business, and I kindly request prompt communication from a representative. I am disappointed with the way your company conducts its operations, as it is unprofessional to ignore customers. It is absolutely absurd that you would prioritize sending updates on new merchandise when my first order has not been fulfilled. I expect a refund or the delivery of the product as soon as possible. The operation of this here is ruing Nispy reputation
