    Outstanding Security Deposit since Jan 2023 We vacate our apartment on January 21, 2023 and received refund statement two months after that stating that we will receive a refund check. 3 months since we moved out and we still have not received the refund check. We have tried to communicate with you via phone, email, and text to resolve our outstanding security deposit refund issue. Unfortunately, no resolution from **** to-date.

    Management did not have our apartment available on move in day and suggested we find somewhere else to live. We ended up getting a unit that became available that same day (Dec 5th) and a few days later the pipe burst (Dec 10th) and damaged our belongings located in the room. The flood has not been fixed. It's not February 24th. There's mold in our unit, they've closed off the bedroom so we only have half of our apartment. After spotting mold, they came a month later to do their own tests and have not shared that information with us. The secured bike room was left open due to the keypad not working and our bikes were stolen. Of all damages and theft, we've now lost $21,678.Our attorney has tried to contact ********/****'s management and attorney numerous times and they've ignored all contact. We've asked to be moved to a different unit or housed somewhere with no attempt on their end to make good on our solutions. Their solution was for us to break the lease and move somewhere else. We are now seeing random charges on our monthly rent for 'pest control', water, recycling, garbage, etc. As of writing this, our apartment continues to flood and now the power in the building has shut off and we've been locked out of the building since it's operated by an electric key fob.
