    I called Ritual Salon and booked an installation for hair extensions. They charged me for 2 orders of hair at $300/piece, and $200 for installation ($800 total). At the time, they only used 1 order of hair, and said they would hold the other order for installation later on. When I went back to get the other hair installed, they said they lost it and offered me $125. I said they need to refund me the $300 that the hair cost, and they hung up on me/refuse to speak to me about options. I would like the $300 refunded.

    I had an appointment for balayage hair coloring at 2:15pm. Then they rescheduled me to 1pm without even telling me. I found out through a text. The day off, I woke up around 7am with a terrible stomach ache. I also threw up a lot and had really bad chills. I waited until they opened at 10am and called at 10:01. I asked to reschedule so I dont get anyone else sick, since I suspect it is a stomach bug which is highly contagious. They said I could reschedule but would still have to pay the FULL cost of the appointment which is several hundred dollars. This means I would have to pay twice despite not getting service today. I checked all of the email appointment reminders and confirmations. I also checks their website. No where does it state this policy. There are certain unforeseen circumstances that people dont have control over. The company doesnt take any of this into account and is forcing me to pay due to a policy that isnt even stated on their site. The alternative is for me to force myself out of bed, go there, and risk getting employees and customers sick. This is highly unprofessional.
