      Jan 14 ordered washer/dryer with $885 down payment from Built In Distributors of **********. . They Failed to deliver in promised 10 days. Did not inform me. Ordered another more expensive set. Promised delivery within 5 days. Failed to deliver or inform me, again. I Left messages several times yesterday and today to get my down payment back. They are Not returning my calls for two days.

      Consumer Complaint Summary
      Mr. ****** complained to BID that he was promised a (stacked) washer & dryer laundry unit to be delivered and installed within 15 days of his order being placed. 
      The customer also complained that he had not received a returned phone call in a timely manner.
      BID Actions Executed
             Purchase Order was placed by the consumer on Tuesday 1-14-25. The Washer & Dryer Unit purchase arrived at the BID (Built in Distributor) Seaside Warehouse on Thursday 1-30-25 (9 Working Days from submitted PO).
      Comments
      Mr. ****** came into the BID Seaside Warehouse on Thursday 1-30-2025. Due to the consumers displeasure with BID a decision was made to reimburse the full amount of the unit. With respect to Mr. ******** communication-related issue, BID recently installed a new phone system and going through a series of upgrades which may have caused his missed call not being returned in a timely manner.
      BID Appliance has had the privilege to service the ******** / ******* and ************** communities since 1962. We work hard to maintain an impeccable reputation for our product quality, sales knowledge, and #1 customer service.
