    So I wanted to support a local business that thought would be awesome since I am actually a local to Marin/Sonoma County and I do have actual roots in both areas. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the actions from this 3rd party business in terms of my filing. I will never recommend this business to anyone at all since they are so inconsiderate, and lacking in the basic moral value of communication. I filed for my seller's permit/CA tax papers necessary, but in the middle of the process of the transaction there was no space online uploading my CA ID when it said there was a space for it. I went through all the steps and still nothing, BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY still. That was a red flag to me, but then an automatic email came to me about NOT RECEIVING ID so I had to manually respond to 'processing2 _fastfilings.com' which was on the 17th. Fast forward and I haven't heard anything until I reached out between the 22/25 over a weekend and THEY *****. T the company's PROCESSING MANAGER reached out on the 25th of 24'. Nothing has been resolved because they didn't tell me that there was errors. Then I had someone else *******. D helping me which is quite unattractive since it should have been the actual manager dealing with the corrections personally to give me security that everything was being taken care of. The corrections needed were done which made me respond in between patients that day which was SO STRESSFUL because I don't trust when they would get back to me at all. Now here I am writing this review on April 7th, on my day off because it's been literally crickets after they said they'd let me know the status after the corrections.When is my filings and processing going to happen when will my paperwork be shipped to me from the state? Clearly Fast Filings is lacking in terms of help especially at the volume they may be getting online. I should have been done elsewhere and I should have spent the extra $100 on the competitor(s)

    Hi Rodney, I want to clarify a few things: you did not send your ID to the correct place (you did not follow the clear instructions). Second, you did not contact our support team at the correct email which was very clearly outlined. Third, the only mistakes were errors on your order that you made, NOT that we made. Fourth, we have responded to all of your inquiries. If you don't see our responses, you are probably having issues with your email.

    I have never been treated so poorly by a company before, the customer service is rude and insulting. I didnt file someone else did without my permission and I dont have an EIN number and I dont want one. I have tried to have numerous conversations with them and in fact the manager basically laughed at me and accused me of lying. In all my years in customer service I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect.

    One star is too much. I needed to file our nonprofit report to the state. Thier website is first to click on and does not warn you that it is NOT a government entity. The states fee for this is $20. I did not realize was an outside company. After I clicked to submit, I was sent a email that they were charging $124 for the submission. I immediately responded to cancel my order which had not processed yet. However, they did not honor that request and proceeded to file the report against my wishes and did not allow me to get a refund. This company is not honorable and will never use them again.

    Fastfilings.com has been really great to work with. I ordered a CA seller's permit through them, which they turned around and delivered to me by email within just a few days.After getting the permit, I realized the state had an error on my business name. Fast Filings didn't make the error, because I saw the filing they sent in. The state had some previous info incorrect.After I ****** this up to Fast Filings, they did a 3 way call with me and a rep from the state office and quickly got it resolved. And again, fastfilings.com did their job fully correctly, it was the state that made the error. They could have simply told me to call the state, but instead they took the time to do a 3 way call.No wonder why Fast Filings has so many good reviews.
