    I thought the software had a problem, and tried to reinstall it. The reinstall gave me issues and I contacted the Purplus customer service team. **** got back to me right away and helped me through a reinstall, giving me a number of additional options when the more obvious ones didn't work. Thank you, ****, and Purplus for a reasonably priced product and the customer support needed when I experienced a difficulty!

    The dragon DVD came quickly and **** helped me load it from the Nuance website when it wouldnt load from the ****

    Outstanding ******************* I originally purchased the Nuance Dragon Home version for a disabled employee to use at work only to discover that I was actually supposed to have purchased the Legal version of the software. I immediately sent a message to customer service through the Contact Us form. ************ responded and was magnificent. After explaining my mistake, she was very understanding and provided a very generous solution. She saved the day! I highly recommend Purplus for its excellent customer service! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

    I broke my arm back in 2021 and needed to purchase some voice to text software. They were very accommodating and **** was very helpful. Here it is 2023 and I just had surgery on my hand. I couldnt find my software and realized that my work computer had since been replaced and the software had been Deleted. I found my original email and reached out to the company and was able to speak to **** again. She was professional and efficient and was very willing to help me. In a trying time its nice to know there are companies out there that really care about their customers. If Im ever looking for software again, Im gonna go by back to them!

    Great experience! I found the product I was looking for at an affordable price. I used the 4-part payment plan with PayPal which delayed the download, and their customer support got right on it. Definitely a site I would go to again.

    I have been a user of Dragon for years. When I had to finally get a new computer I definitely wanted it again. Purplus had a nice price and was helpful when I set up my new computer. One thing that I was not sure about originally was the idea of buying a product key (serial #) from ******************** and then downloading the product in a separate step after Purplus emailed me the product key. That wasn't the way I had seen it done before. Turns out I was just experiencing a new way that things are done. Don't be afraid to try Purplus. It was a very good experience.

    I got my order promptly. the program was easy to install and is working well. Dragon is an amazing program that I have been using since ****. It has improved over the years and make it so easy to dictate, I have never attempted to use any other dictation software because ****** has always worked great for all my needs.
