    This company contracts out for another company, womenwhoadorefashions, who often solicit products on ********. I made a purchase for an item for $15 and was later charged that amount plus an unlisted subscription for $68. When I called I was then told about a subscription for reading books online, for which I did not receive a link. Was told that my $15 purchase would be delivered the end of May and that my bank would have to call to get half of the subscription I did not receive. Here it is June 15th and no product and when I call back, I am told that it was a raffle and that I would not be receiving my item and that the subscription was refunded to my account on June 7th. It was not. They could not give me any information on who I spoke to previously, could not go back to the recorded call that was previously made, and could not direct me to a supervisor as they dont have supervisors or higher **** All she could basically do was keep repeating it was a raffle and that she didnt know why the previous representative told me that the item was in the mail. She also couldnt tell me how people who were working for the same company and trained under the same guidelines gave two different sets of information. She also informed me that they have been receiving calls and complaints about this same situation from a large number of people. I informed her that it is false advertisement and that they are taking money under false pretenses. All she did was try to rush me off the phone because she could not give me an answer to any of my questions.
