Hi, my name is *********************** and I am contacting you guys regarding my vehicle. My *** terrain 2019 in October of 2023 I took my vehicle into Sanchez Auto repair on ********************* in **********, ********** He's been working on my vehicle ever since and it's still not ready to this day which is January 22nd **** it's already been multiple times that he claims that my vehicle will almost be ready but is not I've given this mechanic the total amount of ***** up front before he even finished my vehicle which makes me feel that that's the reason why he's not that much. In a rush to finish my vehicle, he claimed that he was waiting on parts from Chevrolet dealer that would never get here. I ended up having to contact the *** dealership in ********** myself to look for the parts of my vehicle so he can get started on the job about a week and a half ago. He barely started to work on my vehicle after having my vehicle since October I was told by the mechanic **** Sanchez at my vehicle would be ready today by 5:00 p.m. January 22nd **** I came into the shop to ask about my vehicle to see if it was ready. He claims it's not ready yet that he had other things to do to come back tomorrow, January 23rd. **** by 5:00 p.m. that my vehicle will be ready. At this point I don't think my vehicle will ever be ready. And this has been happening since I took my vehicle and there's no set date for it to be ready. He continues to tell me it'll be ready the next day and it never is so. I went into his shop and I and I wanted him to give me a date a time an accurate time for sure. He got mad and told me that if I did not let him work that he would have my vehicle towed away without fixing it even though I already paid him money .. at this point I saw that **** Sanchez the mechanic was somewhat angry and I have some doubts that he will finish fixing my vehicle on time or even fixing my vehicle good
