    The tow company is being agressive and abusive in my neigborhood. The tow company has been contracted to enforce parking laws but have started a fued and continue to incite altercations. On July 26th I was woken by a tow truck driver yelling and swearing at my neigbors. He became agressive with people and almost started a fight with multiple people. I called the company and the owner said she was on the phone with him and it was acceptable behavior. They have become a terror and there have already been incidence of violence with them. They are unprofessional and abusive.

    Unstoppable Towing & Recovery is part of my roadside assistance plan and I called them on Saturday, July 20 to tow my vehicle. They provided an *** of 90 mins. I called to confirm the *** so I could get my vehicle to the service center before it closed. They said they would make it in time. They then called almost an hour later and said they could not make it due to traffic and would pick it up first thing Monday around 8:30am. Monday comes around and I had to **** to my appointment. After my appointment, I called to see if my vehicle was at the service center, they said it was not so I said I would meet them at home. They arrived and the driver had issues installing the tow due to my car being a AWD and he said he was not as familiar with it. He finally gets it secured with the front tires on wheels. He drives me and the vehicle to the service center and tells me to go inside while he offloads the car. I come out and I notice long scratches immediately on the bottom of the driver door, which were not there before when I opened the car before he towed it and gave him the key. I called and a woman told me to send pictures. I did and did not hear anything back. I called today, July 26 and they said the technician did not report any issues and there is no way they caused the scratches, even when I told him the scratches were not there prior to the tow. They are taking no accountability and I'm left with damage that I did not do.

    Good Afternoon, 

    In response to this complaint, my company continues to stand by what we told this customer which is we are taking no responsibility for the damage to her vehicle. When the original dispatch came in, we gave an extended ETA and notified the customer that we would do our best to get to her vehicle before the shop closed. Unfortunately due to traffic we were unable to do so and tried accommodate customer the best we could. We offered to tow the vehicle to a different destination if needed, provide her with transportation to an appointment she said she had the following Monday. The customer informed us that there were no other shops available to fix her interlock device and agreed to have us tow it Monday morning. She informed us that the vehicle would be unaccompanied as she had an appointment. She contacted us at 9AM and was already done with her appointment my driver was about 15 minutes from her home and she rode with the driver to the drop of location. My driver is experience with using Dolly equipment and does this on a daily basis so the statement of him saying he did not know how to handle this type of car is inaccurate. It wasn't until hours after the car had been dropped off that the customer called and complained of the damage. I asked her to send pictures and she did so showing a long scratch on her car that was circular in many areas and all along the bottom of her car. This is not the type of scratch that could have been doon by dolly equipment. I spoke with my driver also and he denied any damage to the vehicle. Based on my experience there is no way my driver did the damage she is claiming to this vehicle. I am not claiming responsibility and notified the customer of this.

    I am rejecting this response because I did not contact them "hours" later. As soon as I walked out of the service center, I noticed the scratch and tried calling twice within an hour of delivery. The vehicle was not touched after delivery. The "dolly" that was placed on my *** vehicle has two long metal attachments to the two small tyres that were attached to my front wheels and it could have done the damage. There are scatches from the wheel rim, where it was attached, to the bottom of the driver's door. The service center tech saw it and said the tow driver should have offloaded the vehicle in the open space at the back instead of the odd angle/space in front of the store, which could have caused the damage. The damage was not there when I opened the door for the driver before the tow. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered to the service center at 9am Monday when it opened since they could not make the delivery within the estimated ETA on Saturday. I called for an emergency tow at 2:35pm and their ETA was 90 mins. They could not make it to any available service center, which all closed at 5pm. When I called at 9:23am Monday to confirm it was at the service center, they had not arrived at my home yet so I went to wait for them. The driver did say he was not as experienced using the *** towing equipment on our ride to the delivery location and it took him a while to attach it; he was cursing doing it. I have no reason to make it up and the fact that they are denying all accountability is just sad. My car was bought new and I've taken good care of it that is why I noticed the scratch immediately.
