    Ordered a fireplace, used a credit card, got no confirmation email or shipping email. Cannot contact them and they are not contacting me. I fear they are just using this website to gather peoples personal information.

    On 11/29/2023 - Order Titan High Efficiency Log Grate with Reflective Fireback 26 wide, **** tall Order said it would ship free in 2 days. I received confirmation email for my order. 3 days went by and I didnt receive a shipping email, so I went on site to track package. I had to register my account to track package, and as it brought up my account, it said No order has been made yet. So I checked my credit card and no charges were pending in the past 3 day. So I tried calling the number ************** on the web site and it had a busy signal right away. Thats when I look them up on BBB, and saw that this could be a fraudulent site with bad reviews. Im not sure what this site did with my credit card info etc. My credit has been frozen for a year now and I have checked all 3 credit bureau's for any suspicious activity along with keeping an eye on credit card as well. This site Fireplaces.com should be taken down. I only hope I dont have any charges on my credit card or hits on my credit reports due to this fraudulent site in the near future.

    I bought liquid ethanol from this website and never received my order. I emailed them and have received no response. When I call them I only get a busy signal. This company is a scam. They are stealing money from hard working Americans. They're fraudulent and they need to be stopped.

    I placed an order on 2/26/2023 for an Electric Fireplace Insert. I gave them my credit card *************** received an order # confirmation online only.I did not receive any follow up, no email, no tracking, nothing... and there is no way to reach them.Now, I'm just waiting for a charge or worse - identity theft - who knows.. this WEBSITE NEEDS TO COME DOWN off the internet - - they are baiting people for private account information. PERIOD.

    On January 22, 2023 I ordered a Chimney Cap from Fireplacess.com. I paid with my credit card. I have not received the product. I tried their phone number & got the message that the phone number is no longer in service. There appears to be no way to get in touch with anyone from this company. I believe this is a scam site & should be shutdown.
