Refund and Exchange Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is extremely important. Let's work together to resolve your issue. 
Thank you for following the steps below to complete your return/exchange.
1.    Contact [email protected]. Please specify if it is a return in the subject line. Please provide a picture of the product if it arrived damaged.
2.    [email protected] will provide you with the correct return address
3.    Return your product to the specified address within 10 days of receiving your order
4.    Item(s) is received at their specific warehouse unused and in good condition
5.    After receipt of your item, you will be issued a refund 
Refunds do not include shipping costs, taxes, or fees. Refunds are often processed within 7-14 days due to banking regulations. Thank you for your understanding.

Things to Know

All items noted as FINAL SALE, purchased with a coupon, discount, print to order, or on sale are non-refundable. Please read the product description carefully for the notice of final sale, no exchange, or no refunds.
Alluforu follows a 10-day return for undamaged/unworn items. In order to satisfy this policy, goods must be returned within 10 days from delivery to a specified address provided by Alluforu.
You will be responsible for paying for all return costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, taxes, and fees will be deducted from your refund
If an item arrives damaged or the product isn't as ordered you qualify for a refund or exchange, your choice.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Alluforu sources products from various warehouses, please return items directly back to the specified warehouse address(es) provided by Alluforu. You may need to ship items to more than one address.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You are ineligible for a refund if any of the following applies to you:

Personalized or monogrammed items are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
Perishable items, gift cards, sanitary goods, infant teething and feeding products, are ineligible for refunds.
All items noted as non-returnable and non-exchangeable are not eligible for a return.
Intimate apparel (underwear, socks, bras, bodysuits, and swimwear) are ineligible for refund.
Print to order items are not eligible for a return.
