I purchased a 202 **** Escape Hybrid Vehicle from Hansel **** on 11/18/2022 within the first three months of owning the vehicle, I needed to bring it in for servicing. First time was a failing ball bearing Second time was March 24, 2023 the car completely failed and I could not jump start it. It had to be towed to the nearest **** dealership where they had to do a complete factory reset with the computer system. I endured a tremendous amount of stress & this incident made my life more stressful than it was before. I got the repaired car back after two weeks. This same incident happened *a second time* September, 18th 2023 ********** I filed for a factory buy back. The first request was denied. The second request was also denied because I was told to wait until one month after the first request had been denied. It was denied on September 14th, so I was advised to wait to resubmit the second request until Oct. 14th.
