date of transaction:11-02-23 car drop off date-11-***** promise from mechanic:to have the car ready by11-14-23 received car:12-01:23 Mechanic ask for a deposit of $2000 upon receiving vehicle than promised to turn in the car fully ready by 11-14-23, in exchange they did not complete with their promise. They called me on 11-21-23 to tell me that they were going to charge me more than what they had already estimated to what I accept than they promised to have the car ready by the next week.didn't not happen and continued to charge me a additional $1000 i wasn't agreeing with but they told me I had to pay it or else the car won't be able to be finished due to the technician already buying parts without warning on price rising I accepted again In that call they had also told me that the car would be ready by the 11-23-23 at 5:30pm arriving to the mechanic shop was closed with all the lights off. I received no call saying that they had to leave and looking online I saw their hours were 8am-5pm In which I had to pay for a uber to go back and forth and they made me lose time off of work. I returned on 11-24-23 at ****am once again losing hours from my job to find the owner and they told me the car wasn't ready yet and it would be ready until next Friday (12-*****)when I arrived they said it was ready but it would be a additional $1000 in which I said I wasn't able to pay for that amount only to the amount I was able to pay so I made a check of $4700 and I took the car On the way home a number of lights started appearing on the dashboard I arrived to my house and it smell like burned oil. I tried to turn it on again it it wouldn't turn on the battery was fully dead. In which I made a appoint to mainly ***** to check the car I had to pay 240 to check it. In which they told me the car wasn't fixed correctly and a additional $8000 is needed to fix the car I contacted the mechanic owner but no contact from them I withdrawed money as a last restart to get the owner to contact me
