    I requested access to my personal health records from Lifeforce Digital, **** in accordance with standard consumer rights and federal guidelines. Despite multiple attempts to obtain my information, the company failed to provide timely or complete access to my records. There was no clear process for identity verification, no structured response to my requests, and no resolution provided.This failure to provide access to my personal health information raises serious concerns about Lifeforce Digitals handling of sensitive customer data and transparency obligations. I am requesting that Lifeforce Digital provide a complete response to my access request, acknowledge the delay, and take corrective steps to ensure future compliance with customer data access standards.This company blocked my phone number from calling into support, and my access to the patient dashboard/portal. They also canceled my treatment plan including GLP-1 medication.

    We take all customer concerns seriously and regret any frustration caused. The issue was due to an account permissions error, which our IT team promptly corrected once identified.

    Thank you for the follow-up.
    While Lifeforce has restored my account access, this action took over 40 days and only occurred after I filed external complaints and escalated the matter publicly. It is important to note that on February 6, 2025the same day this access was revokedmy personal phone number was also blocked from contacting their support line, a restriction that still remains in place.


    This pattern of delayed response and retaliatory behavior is deeply concerning and undermines the credibility of their resolution. While a partial action has been taken, I do not consider the matter fully resolved and will not mark it as satisfied.

    This business **** my blood and then lost it and has done nothing to resolve the issue. Theyve done this to several other patients as well. They should be shut down immediately as this is a hazard to peoples health and theyre misleading clients
