    Absolute garbage and deceptive practice. They want to claim their 3D printed service is a "premium plastic"; you can still see all of the lines from the print to a VERY serious degree. This isn't premium, it's shoddy and still requires work to smooth out. Color accuracy would be one thing if it actually bothered to try to simulate the non-metalic metal look they claim and absolutely fail at. $55 for a model that was not color accurate, not premium plastic as advertised, not NMM as they claimed, and looked so horrendous I had to actually do all of the filing and painting work. Deception and lies, nothing more, nothing less.Hero Forge then makes excuses and claims I'm "unhappy with the current state of color 3D printing." Another lie. I'm unhappy with their deception and use of imagery that makes their models look better than they actually come out. A dishonest business does not deserve my money. Their response was more test prints, only able to promise the same garbage quality, or send my model back and get NOTHING but a refund for my time, frustration, and hassle, while left without what they said they could do. Customer 100% loses in that case, so I decided I'd do their job for them. I paint minis. I know what NMM ACTUALLY looks like. I know what premium plastics are like to work with. I thought they'd meet a vision for me and save me time, matching their nice looking images on the website. Their website shows NOTHING like the reality of their "premium" product and this deception should not be rewarded.
