    No response to my emails or voicemails. Perhaps the business has been shut down. I did receive my kit but when I went to complete the course they didnt respond smh

    I ordered supplies over a month ago. I have left numerous voicemails and emails about my order and they have not reached out! Terrible customer service. Im disputing the charge with my bank and hopefully can get my money back. Im not sure if they are going out of business or what! All I want is my money back. So disappointed

    If I could give -1,000,000 stars I would. At this point I basically feel like they have robbed me of $2400. I have never received my package. I never received a tracking number that I was supposed to get in my email. They absolutely never answer the phone and they do not return messages on Facebook nor messages from their office. This has been going on for two months. Oh wait I did receive a message from them that said that they were shipping out my product today the next day fromwhen I called them. Well that product should’ve been shipped out about a month or two before I even had to contact them. Yes this company is all over Facebook and Instagram and everyone is so attracted to this company. But, I highly suggest you steer clear of them. They say that once you get certified you’ll always have a mentor to turn to well that’s absolutely not true considering they can’t even answer their phone or help someone who has spent their money on one of their kits. I don’t think in my lifetime I have ever had worse customer service then with these people. Stay away they are a scam.
