    I purchased my VIP pass for *** ***** 2024 to be redeemed in 2025 via Lyte. They offered a refund till August 2025. I cannot ask for a refund. The links dont go anywhere. This is unfortunate to have taken peoples money and filed bankrupted. People and myself deserve our money back. ***********************************************

    - Date of transaction: 9/11/2024 - Value of Ticket I sold them: $312.87 - Value that ticket was purchased for: $200 - Lyte ticket resale platform was used to resell a ticket of mine to the music festival CRSSD in *********, **. Once I sold my ticket I was promised reimbursement via ****** by October 1st, 2024. Then out of no where the ticket company shut down on the a week later. - I've emailed their support team multiple times and have gotten no response, and their website is "under maintenance".

    Date of transaction: June ******* Sold my tickets for ***** festival to them with payment suppose to be on October 1 for the amount of $580. They have shutdown with no warning and I have not received my money.I have tried contacting Lyte with no response and no working email since they have shut down the website as well as all social medias.

    Dear Sirs,I purchased tickets for the Bourbon and Beyond Music Festival in **********, **. Sept. 19 to 22, 2024.I was unable to attend. Sold my tickets through the Bourbon and Beyond recommended re-seller, Lyte ******* I was suppose to get $712, on September 23, 2024 posted to my ****** account.The company is now out of business. Bourbon and Beyond state that they will honor the refund. However, after repeated emails, I have received no answer. Your assistance is appreciated.     Sold a ticket for Louder than Life festival through this partnered company Lyte exchange, as they told us this was the best and safest way to resell tickets, but have not received a dime or any notifications after receipt for sale stating funds would paid out September 20th. Lytes website has been under maintenance since and ************** say the company is out of business. Looks like hundreds or thousands of people are in the same position - scammed out of our money.

    Bought tickets for the **************** festival for the weekend of September 20, 2024. I was unable to go to the festival, so I reached out to **************** and they directed me to Lyte ticket exchange (an authorized reseller). I worked with Lyte and they bought my tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. According to their polity, they would refund the money right after the concert, so I was supposed to get the refund on Monday, September 23rd. I didn't receive the money, so I went to the Lyte website on September 23d and it said it was down for maintenance. It's been down ever since. I recently found out that the site has gone dark. I don't know that I'll ever get my money back, but you should definitely mark this company as fraudulent.

    I sold 2 Bourbon and Beyond tickets to Lyte with the agreement I would receive $344.00 on 09/23/24. I have not received the money, nor have I been able to make contact with anyone at the company.

    I attempted to return tickets to Bourbon and Beyond festival on their website and they said I would receive my $1300 (I paid $1600 for the tickets but had to back out last minute) and they said I would receive payment one day after the festival. (9/23) I still have received no payment, they wont answer calls or emails and their website is down. I was scammed out of money.

    On August 22nd, I released 1x GA festival admission for Lost Lands Music Festival to the ticket exchange page provided by Lyte. As per the confirmation email I received, I was awaiting a payout of $350 USD on September 23, 2024. The date today is October 4, 2024, I never received my refund, and I have just learnt that the business has went under. Lost Lands Festival partnered with Lyte to provide this service and even advertised Lyte as an official reseller for the festival on their website. I have been scammed with false information by what was supposed to be a ******-****** company. I am beyond disappointed.

    Tickets purchased to Bourbon and Beyond music festival were resold to the event via LYTE with a promised refund of $3,896 on September 28, 2024. LYTE website went dark on September 26, 2024. Information requested to info@bourbona ********** yielded no response.
