    I have been a loyal Jenni Kayne customer for the last decade, but I am extremely disappointed to be on the receiving end of their unethical marketing practices. They promised 3x points to VIP members, and I made a qualifying purchase, and they are refusing to honor it despite me being a VIP. As an LA fire victim who lost everything, this is exceedingly disappointing.

    On December 6 2024 I received notification that my order of a sweater and body lotion totaling just under $500 had been delivered but when I went out to my porch it wasnt there. It was delivered by ***** and a proof of delivery picture was taken. I immediately reached out to Jenni Kayne. The told me I would need to wait 6-8 weeks for them to investigate. Considering these were Christmas presents, that was disappointing, but I understood. Fast forward to today February 10, 2025. I received an email stating that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Well this was my first experience with Jenni Kayne and will absolutely be my last. This has only happened 2 other times in my life. In both cases I received the exact replacements I paid for. One was from ********* and one was from ********************. The cost of the items replaced were similar to the amount I paid for the sweater and lotion. I could understand if this wasnt a first time issue, but I would like them to ask themselves how they would feel flushing close to $500 of their hard earned money down the toilet! We all know there is a huge markup on clothing and cosmetics, so their loss would be minimal and most likely a tax write off. Furthermore I told them they may want to send their items with a signature release so they can be sure things like this dont happen to unsuspecting customers in the future. Just an overall garbage experience for such a high end brand.

    I was a loyal customer and have purchased many of their sweaters. The quality of the material has gotten very poor, especially considering the price. I recently purchased a the cashmere ***** sweater and after 3 months of only wearing it about 3 times, I noticed a hole in the sweater. I wrote to the company asking them what they could do and included photos. They refused to replace or give me a credit. I am so disappointed in this company and will not purchase another item from them again. I would strongly advise not to spend the money for their clothing

    I was a loyal Jenni Kayne customer for many years.Not anymore The quality of their sweaters has diminished so much so that I can no longer justify the expense of purchasing their product.It is a lot like what happened to ********** the early days of J. Crew their style and quality were superlative.But now, instead of going to *******, you may as well go to Old Navy.Jenni Kayne is no longer worth the time or money. And to top it off, it has horrible customer service.

    Have been the victim of their amazing marketing and advertising work. Bought furniture that is so fake and their policy is no returns! It was my assumption that I was dealing with ***************** be cautious! My furniture they look good on the outside but they are made out of hard foam! No wooden legs, there are no legs!!!!Just read many reviews that their sweaters and clothing are of very poor quality. Great marketers with lots of style, but I dont think that they will last cheaters, fakers. Products are all from *****.

    My mother had me help her purchase several sweaters and jackets (over $2600) for Christmas gifts, during their November sale. The items were purchased on 11/25/2023 and not delivered until December. Three of us needed a different size, however; when we reached out to them (12/28, 12/27, & 1/2) all three of us were told there was nothing they would do. No refund. No exchanges. No store credit. The sale is a way to get people to buy, knowing full well the majority of these items being purchased are likely for holiday gifts, all the while knowing, the return window of 21 days would be long gone, when the gifts were presented. HORRIBLE customer service for an "upscale brand". We will never buy form them again.

    I recently ordered a sweater from Jenni Kayne and when it arrived I noticed some odd stitching on the inside of the sweater. I thought it was likely fine because it was on the inside of the sweater. I wore the sweater for a few hours and the stitching/threads started to come apart. I contacted Jenni Kayne to notify them and see if I could exchange the sweater. They refused and stated that I could send it to a repair shop (and pay out of my pocket for the repair). The sweater was over $500.00 USD and I wore it for less than four hours before it started falling apart. Deplorable to tell a customer to send a defective item for repair and have them pay for it when theyve already spent so much on an item. Terrible customer service and corporate policies.

    I have several Jenni Kayne sweaters and even though they pill (sometimes badly), I still like them but ************** cashmere v-neck was a HUGE disappointment. Not only did it pill horribly on the arms, it had two holes in it after just 2 months of light wear. I drove one hour to the store to see if they would stand by the product and exchange it but was told, that it was most likely my fault that I had snagged it on something (which I did not!) and that I could take it somewhere to be repaired. Imagine a $275 sweater with holes in it after just two months. I think I have made my last purchase at Jenni Kayne. If they cant stand behind their products better than that, I can find more deserving places to spend my hard earned money at.

    As much as I like some of the pieces from Jenni Kayne. I cannot express my frustration enough with their customer service policies. On two instances, I got sweaters as a gift one was wool and the other cashmere. Unfortunately I am highly allergic to anything fuzzy as it makes my skin itch.The first time, I called ahead and expressed that it was a gift, wrote it on the return label and asked for a credit so I could actually get something different. They ended up refunding the person that got it. What a huge embarrassment. Second instance, I called again, this experience now almost 2 years later thinking they must have done something better with their customer service. I was wrong. Not only do they not extend their return policy over the holidays; once again, because it was shipped to someone else, and there was no gift receipt, but I had the packing slip. They were unable to do anything except refund the person. However, since it was outside of the 21 day window, they were not willing to do anything actually. At a price point like this and a brand that seems to be branching out I think they really should work on updating their policies and their customer service experience before they do anything else. Horrible customer service is the one thing that can discourage me from purchasing from any brand.

    Jenni Kayne had a significant sale just prior to Black Friday. I purchased a $350 cashmere sweater for my wife for Christmas online and when she opened it on Christmas it was too small. When I asked for a store credit or exchange for a different item on 26 December, I was told that I was outside the 30 day window for exchanges by 5 days. They do not honor any type of holiday return windows. I should have had my wife try it on prior to Christmas I offered to pay return shipping and accept a store credit where I would immediately purchase another item for greater value from them. All of these options were denied. Communication was through email. Online chat did not work and a phone call was not answered. The fact that there is no policy covering items bought in late November for Christmas is not consistent with major retailers and poor customer policy. They left us with a sweater that cant be worn and made zero effort to assist in helping ensure we got a product we could use.
