      I went through care credit to purchase my aligners. I followed my customized program to the ** By the time I was complete with my last aligner my teeth looked the same with a slight change. They give you a 3D video of how your teeth are supposed to look once completed. I was totally unsatisfied. I reached out to a representative who apologized and told me that a refund was an easy process that would take about 14 to 30 business days. I was also in the process of buying a home, my lender asked me if there were any credit cards that I could pay down to lower my monthly mortgage. I told him that I had talked to a representative about my care credit card, and that Byte assured me that they would pay my money back. They told me that I would need to go to a dentist and then a dentist would have to assess my teeth and sign off showing that I need further cosmetic services. I went to the dentist. He told me never to go through this company again. During this visit they did a new assessment and per his professional opinion, my teeth have not been corrected, and further stated that I would need to go somewhere else to have cosmetic dentistry performed. I sent the requested information to byte. However, I was surprised when they told me that they were denying my refund. Luckily I have **************** because I would be out of an additional $200 going to the dentist. I asked to speak to someone and they further told me that they would not be able to give me a refund, but that they were not able to tell me why when I question them as to why they refused to give me an answer. Do not under any circumstances do business with this company!

      I have been trying to contact them about a refund. My treatment is not working and also cracked my teeth in two different places. Ive been asking to speak to someone and can never get anyone on the phone now, they are trying to get me to sign some consent paper on their website.

      No support from customer service. Its extremely frustrating that I didnt get the results I desired and they are being no help. My teeth have not improved actually my gap CAME BACK even with the use of the retainers. My whole mouth shifted. They are still processing payments for service that Im not happy with. Almost $2600. Down the drain. They refuse to process a refund because I received 2 sets of retainers.THE RETAINERS DID NOT HELP !!!!

      To put it simply, this business is an absolute scam. I signed up for treatment and mailed aligners two years ago. The aligners stopped fitting halfway through, despite me following their directions to a T. Per their online advice, I went back a few weeks to try to correct them and it still was not working. I was mailed a second set of aligners and the same thing happened. At this point, I was frustrated beause I was unable to get into contact with anyone without sending a handful of images and information about where I was at in my treatment, which I did, several times. It's impossible to get any resolution online or over the phone. All I want is a refund for a service that was not appropriate for me. This was almost $3,000 and I basically only recieved plastic junk. Please avoid using Byte at all costs. I'm still fighting for a refund and they have me running in circles. They've done nothing for me worth that kind of money.

      In 2022, I began at-home aligner treatment with Byte, trusting their promise of effective and professional dental results. I followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. Despite full compliance, the aligners did not produce the promised or expected outcomes.I reached out to Byte in 2024 to express concern over the lack of results and request a refund for the ineffective treatment. Instead of addressing the performance of the product, Byte focused solely on the timelinestating that because my treatment should have concluded and that my last contact was in 2023, I am no longer eligible for a refund.Byte has now denied my request multiple times, without acknowledging that the treatment simply did not work. Their policy-based denial does not address the core issue: I paid for a service that failed to deliver on its advertised and contractual results. As a consumer, I should not be penalized for the companys failure to ensure their product performed as intended.I am requesting a full refund for the ineffective treatment and for Byte to take accountability for their products failure to meet reasonable expectations. I am prepared to escalate further if necessary, but hope this complaint will lead to a fair and reasonable resolution.

      Aligners didn't fix my teeth properly and actually made it somewhat worse. towards half my process of my aligners they didn't start fitting correctly but I thought it was apart of the process and overall it ended up making my appearance worse. Furthermore, I reached out to them and they insisted I go to a ************* for scans and ontop of that I wouldn't be able to move on until I scanned documents that blocked me from going further which seemed to help prevent any action I could take against them. I sent scans that weren't approved so I decided to ask for a refund and I was denied instead.

      I enrolled for their $2399 package two years ago...Was told it would be broken down into 24 payments...Come to find out there is a finance charge of over 25 percent... Was told today its over $1000 still due after my 24th payment.... Nowhere in my signup process did it mention interest fee... Vey very bad business...

      No support with customer service. I am facing effects from their aligners that have been exacerbated from the beginning of my treatment. This product is not *** approved, and I will be requesting a refund as my treatment only worsened my teeth. Legal action will be taken if no refund is present.

      They are giving me the run around with getting all these documentation to finish my treatment. This is the 4th time I had to get more aligners because my teeth are still not straight. They are now saying my treatment should have been done. YES I know that!!! My bill was completely paid off with the aligners guarantee paid for. My smile is not straight my teeth are unsatisfactory. They are just not try to give me my money back now. This has sent me to have so much stress. I just want my money back for the treatment plus money I had to pay out of pocket for doctor visits, x rays and ect that was done. Plus my insurance was charged and now they asking for a *** for charges after I have sent the receipt for treatment which I was making them pay the whole bill but of the things they required. This is frustrating dealing with this with nothing resolved for 2 YEARS!! I need my money back cause I can't do this with them anymore!

      Good afternoon,I have spoken with customer service and billing/ reimbursement several times (3 times with reimbursement +customer service and for a 5-6 months with customer service for the aligners) on this matter of the aligners not correcting my teeth and having the smile i want, plus the aligners causing damage to my gums and now to this point wanting a refund and getting reimbursed for the money paid out of pocket for dental exams and radiographs need to fix the issues. Each time I completed a task the company required something else. I was very complaint to everything that was asked. To be told my request for a refund had been declined twice after no longer wanted the service and being told my dental time should have been finished, which again yes it should have been but my teeth were unsatisfactory 3 times. And to be lied to saying I have not contacted the company for a year, when I have spoken with your company for 2 years straight since my incident. Again, I would like a full refund for everything including payment of dental visits, whole aligner treatment, plus my Guarantee i also paid off. This situation has caused me a extreme amount of stress, anxiety, money wasted, pain to the teeth and suffering to the point of having to now be in therapy. I wanted to get this resolved the best way but the company is not trying to help me at all. Im just losing on everything. I have not heard from anybody from this company in response to anything for 2 months now!So yes I have contacted those channels to TRY to resolve but I was declined the help and action that was needed. I am truly upset and disappointed.

      I started the program with byte in July 2021. After my first impressions I was told I could have the smile I desired within 3 months. After countless emails, 2 new sets of liners, multiple impressions, continued changes regarding the liners, I finally, on February 7th, 2024, stopped using the liners. The main issue with my teeth was not addressed. In the projected model of my teeth, everything looked like what I wanted but they failed to deliver on what they promised, to achieve my smile goals. 2 and 1/2 years later, I have a misaligned bite and they same issues with my teeth. They do not offer money back but a smile guarantee. In which they have failed to deliver on both of these.
