      They do not communicate what kind of services they provide. They only refill your past medications, you cant actually up your dose or change medications. There is no reason to make a visit and pay for it if you dont even need to talk to anyone about your medication/how its helping or not. I got my refund but yeah, the website makes it seem like you can visit and get prescribed any medication for your symptoms, including changing your medication. It doesnt say anywhere that you can only refill your old medication. It was a waste of time for no communication. They also dont let you set up an interview time so they just call you whenever they want immediately after you submit your visit request which makes it hard to prepare because you never know when theyre calling you. Plus, youre only allowed to use them one time out of a whole year and cant use them regularly. Whats the point of having a membership then?

      GoodRX does not stop charging credit card for $9.99 fee even after repeat requests and confirm from GoodRX customer service that the charges will stop. They refuse to provide a **************** call ID# when I called. ********************** has now charged 2 month of charges. They must stop with this practice; provide a incoming confirmation call #, and stop being passive on updating customer accounts. I went on-line and canceled services and called to customer service, yet continue to charge account. I have blocked GoodRX from charging my account and to date they own me $19.98. GoodRX is BadRX when it comes to ****************.

      Bait and switch! Will promise coupon savings and then do EVERYTHING in their power to not let you see the savings. Will offer promotions that you'll never qualify for. Called customer service after first signing up and they said they couldn't give me a discount because someone else with my name was already in the system but I had never signed up. ******* account.

      GoodRx - the service you pay for but cant use. Ive tried numerous times to get a perscriprion filled but whoever their doctors or nurses call from is a call center and ******* view their calls as spam and will send them straight to voicemail without my phone ringing. Ive had 2 instances where they called outside the call center and the call was able to come thru but most just say they have no other way of calling which isnt true. So I pay for a service I actually cant use. Finally cancelled after several years of dealing with this every three months when I need a refill. This is the only company I have this issue with and when I reached out to ******* they said they cant do anything cause the issue is on GoodRxs end not theirs. Def not worth the time and hassle dealing with them, especially when Im paying for their service but cant use it.

      ******** customer service. Told incorrect information, but of course, if I pay for the family plan, which doubles the price (I only need it for one member), between that and what I'd pay, no savings. I should have done my due diligence and come here to read real reviews from the public; I could have saved myself from a horrible experience. The supervisor was rude and made accusations, but I am the customer who does read the fine print, and it's not there.

      I was not a fan at all I used RX saver which I was informed that GoodRx owns and I was going over some things with the lady and she said that she could get me back on the medicine I needed for only $74 and that nothing could move forward unless I signed the paperwork I read over all the paperwork talked to my doctor and was advised not to use them so I did not sign the paperwork I woke up a few days later to see that they had charged me without me signing anything that in my opinion is fraud I did file a complaint when I called so I advise you all to do the same and do not used RX saver

      They charge me ***** for one time visit when I got the email for the prescription. The prescription was between 300 and $600. That is crazy there shouldve been some disclosure first or given another option on a prescription especially when Ive gotten similar medication to treat eczema for a h*** of a lot less, this is a complete rip off, especially to those of us who live on Limited income and I just threw out $50 for a visit because I do not have that kind of money for prescription
