      I placed an order for 2 items from the *********************** store. They were supposed to ship December 15th. Then I received an email saying they would ship January 1st. It's now January 8th and they still haven't shipped my items. I've sent 4 emails and 2 tweets with no response. They created a shipping label 4 days ago and still haven't shipped. They do this so people can't request a refund.

      I am writing about shop.enhypen-official.us which is under UMG. Here is my information:- Date: 10-15-2023 - Amount: ****** - The business was committed to provide a postcard signed randomly by a member of **************** which is included with the album.- The signatures are forged, and not originally signed by a member of the group. I have attached photos that are the signatures sent of 1 single artist of the group, *****. The signatures are clearly signed by different people. - The business has responded by saying "The item is mass produced." and "this item was received as intended." To comment on this: The signed album postcards are not supposed to be mass produced, they are originally signed by the artist by hand.- Order Number: #ENHYPN14702 - Order pages:************************************************************************************* ************************************************************************************* I would like the company to modify their pages to note that the postcards are not signed by the artist and submit an official apology publically.

      This business is knowingly taking orders they know they cant fulfill and then playing a nefarious game of your order is estimated to ship in order to keep money.In my case, I placed an order over two weeks ago (12/9). It is not until 12/24 at 8:30 pm that I received an email from them to let me know my order wouldnt be able to get in in time for Christmas, and that they havent yet shipped it out at all. As opposed to being upfront with their customers about their inability to organize themselves to make sure things arrived, they waited until four hours before Christmas to let me know they in fact never shipped them at all.Not only is this a reflection of poor business practice, its nefarious and actually really predatory that they provided zero heads up until the absolute last moment. Because of them, my sister in law will not have a gift on Christmas. Additionally, because of them, I didnt have any opportunity to be alerted about this delay, and pursue a different buying option.

      I contacted UMG Recording Services, Inc more than five times between July 25 and August 14, 2023 about the following issue and only recieved one response back on August 1, 2023 from someone named ************ who said that the **************** team was looking into the issue and would get back to me ASAP. They never did, despite my subsequent requests for a reply. My issue was as follows:The t-shirt that I ordered for my husbands birthday ***** Girls - Faces Black ******* (M)) never arrived. According to the tracking info., the ***** person dumped the package somewhere they should not have. The note they entered at the time of delivery says, "Left at back door. ***************** not requested." I live in a big apartment building in the middle of midtown Manhattan - there is no back door where packages can be dropped, just a lobby and a front desk that is staffed 24/7. Also, there was no option to request signature service when I checked out my purchase, so I cannot be held responsible for that. My husband's birthday came and went. He did not get the present, and I paid for an item that I never received.

      I had placed an order from the business on December 3rd 2022. When I received the package, it had got to me damaged. I filed a complaint and contacted the company. The end result led to them sending out another item to replace it. That was made on January 15th 2023. It has sense been lost, I tried numerous times to contact the company but the wanted to play tag and send me back and forth to their 3rd party insurance company to claim my lost item. To no prevail, in which I had explained to the said company who refuses to write anything more than a pre generated response. I had explained every single time, you guys were gonna help me replace my item because I had received it damaged but it's like everytime I reply to same email thread, they don't seem to keep track of what is happening and nothing resolved. It is an endless circle of complaints and emails.

      I ordered a pair of shoes from this company for my sons Christmas present. I found out that I had ordered the wrong size and tried to contact the company immediately. I was only able to contact via chat/email. I was told that if the order had not shipped yet (which according to tracking it had not left their warehouse) that they may be able to stop the shipment. The representative then told me that if it had shipped I could return the shoes for a full refund (I have documentation of the chat records). The associate knew the order number and item detail. Based on the assurance from the associate I re-ordered ANOTHER pair of shoes ($170.00 shoes + shipping costs). The next day I received a message from another associate with the company stating that the shoes are nonrefundable, returnable, or exchangeable. I send proof that the shoes had not shipped and that the prior associate assured me of a refund. The company is refusing to cancel the shipment and/or refund me the money and now I am nearly $400 into two pairs of shoes. I would NOT have re-ordered if the associate would have told me that the product was nonrefundable. I just want my money back and have not received the product and/or shipping notification for the first pair that was ordered Dec. 9th. I have a shipping notification for the second pair (that I would like to keep and gift to my son) that was ordered Dec. 12th.

      I sang duets with ***** my name was Baby but I didn't ever get paid and I owned at Motown but I was an emancipated minor small in stature mixing with a famed boxer. I hear some of my songs on the radio and you have CDs out with my music on them therefore I expect to get paid.

      I ordered a hat from this company's Rolling Stones web store. It was a black and white truckers hat. Upon receipt of the package the hat was extremely damaged due to being crammed into a box that was too small for the hat. The bill is bent so far down it covers my eyes instead of going straight out like a normal bill would. I reached out to the company on Saturday and received an immediate reply apologizing for the damaged product and asking for pics. I replied back back again on Saturday. No word Sunday (wasn't expecting) and nothing Monday or halfway through Tuesday. They have a strict return policy and I'm jusy trying to return the hat and receive a refund. I feel like this is being drug out so they can say I didn't return it within 5 days or what not. I'm just not happy spending $45 plus dollars on a hat I cannot wear. Your help is greatly appreciated!
