      I have been trying to cancel this service for over two years and I continually am charged 19. 99 per year. They do not respond to emails and there is no way to cancel online I need help!

      Earny keeps on charging my credit card $5 every month. *** tried everything to contact the company in hopes of canceling this but they have no method of contact. I tried changing my credit card, deleting their merchant code, escalating with fraud team and to no luck. I need this business gone.

      After reading many of the other complaints, I see this is common practice with *****. I have tried many times by email to cancel my subscription. I am unable to reset my password and login to my account so I cannot try that way. But no one is responding after emailing both ********************************* and ********************************* many times I first reached out on Feb 21, 2022 and a number of times after with no reply to refund months and months worth of subscription fees.at the very least cancel my future fees since I am not able to sign in or use my subscription

      I?paid $20 for the yearly subcription in May. Since then, I have?not?seen?any?benefit?to?being?a?member?of?Earny.?I?have?not?received?any?cashback, even though?I?do?activate?cashback?when?I?buy?things?online.?And,?I?have?not?gotten?any?money?back?for?late?deliveries,?even though?I?have?had?quite?a?few?late?deliveries?from?Amazon.?I?am?honestly?not?sure?what?I?paid?for?as?I?don't?see?any benefits?to?the?service.I have contacted Earny's support team three times since 08/20/2023 and have not gotten a response from the company, beyond an automated message that says they received my message and will respond within 72 hours. I think the company is no longer active and is still charging customers.

      I havent used this app since 2017 and wasnt aware that I was being charged almost $50 a year from them. It was my mistake to not realize, I guess, because I must not have read it well enough when I signed up and they gained my amazon credit card info. But after finally noticing this charge a month ago and then looking through my transactions for the last few years I see I was charged this every year since at least 2020. I emailed them and asked if I could be refunded at least for this year and to have this canceled. I cant even get into the account to cancel it myself, but I havent gotten a reply. Its been a month and Ive emailed them twice and send two messages on ******** and their phone number is no longer active. I just want at least this years money back and to no longer be charged going forward.

      I sent them an email saying do not renew on August 8th. They have now charged my credit card for a renewal that I did not approve. Refund me my money.

      Much like everyone else that has had issues with this company, I'm experiencing "issues" with this company. While I've used their services in the past, I've been charged approximately $60 each year so far for the past couple of years and haven't really seen any cashback at all from them from when I've shopped online. I've only been seeing charges from them. I've tried to request a refund and cancelation of that service, I've had no response at all from them other than an auto-response and getting angry with them to the point where I've had to take measures on my end to prevent any further charges from occurring again. I would like to be able to see a refund of some kind and to talk to an ACTUAL HUMAN, I've gotten nowhere with emails at this point. Bottom Line: Steer clear of this company, you won't see much in terms of cashback and no response from them at all!

      I have earned over $75 using earny's cash back app/site. I have been reaching out to them for the last year in all of the methods they list to do so to get this cash back paid out. There has never once been a response.

      I have been charged yearly for this subscription that I dont use and cancelled a few years ago. Every year at this time I tell them to cancel it and need to dispute it. I got a notice a few weeks ago by email saying I would be charged the yearly fee again and I replied then that I needed this cancelled. For the 3rd year in a row I was charged anyway.

      Just like all the other complaints, I have requested to cash out numerous times with no response. I decided to forgo my earnings and just cancel my subscription. I have tried for months and they just won't cancel. I email like they ask and I get no response back. Please help get this fraud of a website canceled.
